In this episode Rob and Jake talk with Drew Manning. Drew is known online as the Fit2fat2fit guy. As a personal trainer he intentionally gained 75 lbs over 6 months then lost it again in 6 months. His journey went viral and led to his NYT Best Selling book called Fit2fat2fit and his own TV show on A&E called Fit2fat2fit. Drew is now a big proponent of the keto diet. During his journey, Drew silently struggled with a pornography addiction that led to his eventual affair and divorce. He publicly tells his story on his own podcast episode 100 — Life after porn, affairs and lies, which we would highly recommend you check out. We talk about how to deal with guilt and shame as it relates to the Church. Drew is a big fan of Brené Brown who said, "If we can share our story with someone who responds with empathy and understanding, shame can't survive."
