Anneke Lucas was born in Belgium, where she was sold into a sex trafficking ring at age 6. Her rescue from the ring and subsequent journey of healing led her to New York and Los Angeles where she completed the MFA Screenwriting Program at the American Film Institute in 1992.
After publishing her first book, The Deaf Musician, in her native Dutch, and writing many articles on trauma and yoga, she founded Liberation Prison Yoga to bring healing into the American prison system, from the inside out, while working on her memoir. The author's decades-long journey from girl victim to liberated woman has inspired all who cross her path.
Her practical approach to heal the planet by pointing inward and learning to understand our own darkness to treat society's ills, has made her programs a success inside and outside the US prison system. She shares her message of personal empowerment with audiences worldwide.

I understand peoples' incredulity regarding the events Anneke discusses. People on X and also someone in the Comments section of this podcast have mentioned if there is corroboration for Anneke's story or which podcasts of mine discuss the horrors described by Anneke Lucas. The following podcasts of mine discuss pedophiles murdering children. In "The Horrors of Fox Island with Colin Browen" and "The Snow Killings with Marney Rich Keenan," there's a very strong argument to be made that Chris Busch wasn't the lone pedophile killing children, and that argument includes the mitochondrial DNA of a second perp.
I've also included two links to my Extreme Abuse Survey podcasts. Moreover, two of the victims in The Franklin Scandal also discuss the murder of children.
