Today on The Natural Birth Podcast we have Gemma.
Gemma is a mother of two living in Mullumbimby, NSW Australia.
She is an inspired teacher, singer, dancer and poet.
She is passionate about holding space for women to find their voice and express their unique essence through sound, storytelling & movement.
This passion has led her to teach sound workshops for pregnant women.
In this episode we will dive into her 2 natural birth stories, one in hospital and one in a birth centre... and how they initiated her into motherhood and also into the woman she was supposed to be.
Her second birth was a real spiritual and wild experience including a tree activation and the fastest birth process I've ever heard of!
