It wasn't easy and I understand why it's a 30-day course, there's a lot to it. Day 7 I was finally seeing that things could be different. And I definitely know now why Lori says to do the bootcamp first and to do them separately.

Jo and Ben's journey has not been easy, in fact there was a time where Jo attempted suicide.
