Welcome to the Mosaic Life Podcast. In this third season our conversations and stories are centered around resilience, transformation, and unwavering hope. We will discuss narratives of individuals who have encountered the liberating power of recovery and have overcome difficult circumstances. The primary goal of this collection of conversations is to inspire, inform, and instill hope in you, and cultivate a deeper understanding that freedom and healing are obtainable.
In today's episode I'm so excited to welcome my friend, Irene Rollins. Listen, this is a deep end of the pool conversation. Irene and her husband Jimmy have been in ministry for over 20 years and in the last several years have faced transition crisis and experienced God's faithfulness in the middle of it all. We went to some honest and vulnerable places, and she shares how she overcame and is still overcoming through the power of resilience. One thing she shared is still sitting with me. The people who hurt us can be the same people who are used by God to heal us. You guys grab paper and pen, You're going to want to take notes on this one. Please enjoy this conversation.

More About Irene Rollins:
Irene Rollins is passionate about the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health of all people. As a certified Emotional Intelligence Coach, she loves to study human behavior enabling her to understand a wide variety of people, guiding them to be the best version of themselves through her teaching, writing and coaching. Irene’s fervency to help others overcome their self-defeating habits comes from her life experience as an overcomer of alcohol addiction and trauma. Irene models accountability and often reminds those in the addiction community to “do the work” and “If you aren’t working on your recovery, you’re working on your relapse.”
After almost twenty-five years in full-time ministry, serving as Senior Pastors of a thriving church called i5 City, Irene and her husband Jimmy felt a shift in their ministry focus. Irene and Jimmy founded the ministry of TWO = ONE with a mission to help build strong marriages that result in healthy families that impact our communities for the better.
In her downtime, Irene enjoys reading, exercising, cooking and clowning around with her husband Jimmy, their children, Kayla, Jaden, and Maya, and her two English bulldog babies.

More about The Mosaic Life Podcast!
Through sharing the stories of amazing people you may or may not have heard of before, the Mosaic Life Podcast reveals the humanity that rests inside of us–and the power God has to redeem it for His glory. It turns out, all of our stories are littered with broken pieces, but God has a habit of putting those pieces together to create a beautiful mosaic. We are all broken–and all beautiful.
Whatever broken pieces your story contains–the painful moments and the joyful moments, the mundane and the exciting, the calm and the chaotic, the hard and the good–you can trust that God can weave it all together to make something beautiful out of your life. Our goal for the Mosaic Life Podcast is to motivate you to embrace your story, lean into the passions God has given you, and live with intention and authenticity.
