How To Beat Your Competition, With Eric Casaburi May 30, 2019

Some of the biggest questions and concerns I hear from new entrepreneurs, is about competition…

What if there are already a bunch of people offering products and services like mine?

Isn't the opportunity already gone if that's the case?

While that might be a logical concern to have when you're just getting started, the truth of the matter, is that competition is a great sign.

It let's you know that it's a big market filled with lots of customers who are already spending money.

Now you simply need to figure how to create a competing product that will allow you to attract the attention of just a small part of that massive audience.

This will allow you to secure your beach-head, and then grow from there.

Well today we're joined by Eric Casaburi, who has done exactly that.

He started his first gym called Retro Fitness in 2004.

As you can imagine, the gym industry is incredibly competitive, and filled with risk… You have to sign a lease or buy real estate, you have to spend a ton of money on equipment and employees, and you have to compete against the guys who are right down the street.

Despite those barriers to entry, Eric has managed to grow Retro Fitness into more than 150 locations around the country, and $150,000,000 in revenue.

Well today, you're going to find out how he's managed to compete so successfully in such a crowded industry, and how you can use the same strategies in your business.

How To Become The Person You've Always Wanted To Be…With Stef Sifandos May 23, 2019

Today we're have a chance to learn from a gentleman that I have a tremendous amount of respect for, and I'm sure you will as well after you hear his story today.

His name is Stef Sifandos and Stef is a perfect example that all of us are absolutely capable of changing and becoming who we truly desire to be, no matter where we currently are in life.

We've had a few incredible stories of transformations made by some of our previous guests on the show including Wes Chapman, Chris Cavallini, Lori Harder, and Gary John Bishop to name just a few.

All of them were living out lives that were based on previous trauma. They were all in a place of anger, frustration, and suffering, and all of them eventually found a way to stop their downward spiral, make a change, and as a result, they are all spectacularly successful by any measure, as a result today.

Having had the opportunity to hear about each of their transformations in detail through this show, I've noticed that all of them have 3 things in common…

1: A breaking point and a moment of decision where they said, enough is enough.

2: A deliberate and obsessive search for new knowledge, tools, and people that could help facilitate the changes they wished to make.

3: And finally, an unwavering commitment to the process, combined with patience. There was never a timeline or a deadline. The new journey they were on, was the destination, and it's a journey that continues for each of them to this very day.

Building Your Personal Brand Website...With Dmitriy Kozlov May 16, 2019

Hey gang, today I'm going to introduce you to one of my most valuable resources… His name is Dmitriy Koslov. Not only has he been a personal friend of mine for almost 10 years now, but he's also the Founder of a company called Influex.com

So Influex is the best company out there, period, if you want to build a website for you and your personal brand.

Now this is a very important subject for two reasons…

The first, is that I think it's critical that we all have a personal website that sells us as individuals.

You only get one chance to make a first impression, and yes you will absolutely be judged by the impression that you make.

Well if we consider that 99% of the people who find us, will find us online, rather than meet us in person, how important does your website, and the impression it makes, become?

It's unbelievably important.

But that brings us to the most important part of this interview…

I'd say that 9 out of 10 personal brand websites that I've seen, are doing it wrong.

People think that a personal brand site is supposed to be all about them… Who they are, what they've accomplished, and why they're so cool.

And sure, those elements have a place on your website, but the people who get it, and who do this right… Will realize that this is still, always about the prospect and the customer.

Which means that your brand website isn't about you first and the customer second, it's about the customer first.

The primary focus of the site is all about them, and how you can help them achieve their goals.

Second to that, is your story.

A story that allows people to get to know you better, and to come to the conclusion that, "yes, this person knows their stuff, and they can help me."

Today we're going to talk about one of my favorite investment strategies for entrepreneurs.

As your business and your wealth start to grow, you're going to realize at some point, that making money is actually easier than keeping money.

Why?

Because the habits, mindset, and behaviors that allowed you to make that money, like taking risks, are the exact opposite of what you need to keep it and grow it.

And what's really interesting, is that entrepreneurs tend to think that investing, is the same thing as saving.

Right now we're overdue for a stock market crash. We're in the middle of the longest bull run in history, and we're hitting new all-time highs, which means one thing… A crash is on the way. It might take place in a few months, or in a few years, but every single day that goes by, brings it one step closer.
