In this week's episode Al and Sam discussed Michigan's offensive struggles in its 20-15 loss to Indiana. Borges highlighted Indiana's effective use of twists and the offensive line's inability to handle them, leading to deteriorated quarterback footwork and missed throws. Michigan-Oregon preview: What do the Wolverines need to do to upset the top-ranked Ducks? Nov 01, 2024

In this episode, Zach Shaw and Steve Lorenz preview the Michigan football team’s upcoming clash against No. 1 Oregon, and discuss what the Wolverines need to do to pull off the upset.

They open with a look at the biggest keys of Michigan’s offense. They discuss the offensive line’s need to be more physical, the running back room trying to bounce back after a down week, and why Michigan’s passing game needs to go down swinging against the top-ranked Ducks. Along the way, they also discuss the next steps for Davis Warren, a tougher challenge in pass protection and other factors to watch.

In the second half of the episode, they look at what Michigan’s defense must do to slow down the Ducks. They look at the strengths and challenges Oregon’s high-ranking passing game presents, where Michigan must grow in run defense and some players who must step up. They also look at Oregon’s playmakers, as well as some challenges Michigan brings that the Wolverines haven’t yet seen this season.
