Penelope's resolve for solving the mystery that is Lonlee Town is starting to dwindle after something happens to her in her search for the truth.
Penelope tells the listeners of a town's tragic past, why sounding sketchy is just not a good career move, and how some things stick with you longer than you would want them to.
Back in town for nearly a year now, Penelope and Mels are dealing with the aftermath of the events in season one. Now, armed with the determination to learn about the true history of the town and it's founding members, they go over document after document in search of the truth, no matter how bad it may be.
In this episode, Penelope goes over a journal entry by a Silverton and a letter from a Mullins, and wonders just how innocent these families really were.
It's been two weeks since Mels disappeared, and Penelope just wants to know one important detail.
It's been nearly three months for the increasingly disgruntled Penelope and Mels, and their trust in their own families is wavering, along with the morals of said families. Nearing the end of their hope of escaping back to their world, they begin to wonder if they should bother going back at all.
It is the season one finale for LTC and things are getting even more complicated.
With questionable reception, determination, and a new set of wtf worthy challenges, Penelope gives a new update in the ongoing. cliche filled saga that is now her life, with some surprises.
