This is the last podcast episode of 2019, so I thought I’d end this season and this podcast year with a straight to the point, no bullshit pep talk on what you can do to live a good life.
You may be like WHAAAAAA Jamie – last podcast of 2019.
YES! We’re taking a break for the holidays and to do some planning for 2020 but don’t worry I will be back – We’re planning some really next level conversations for 2020 so it will be worth the wait!
We’ve dealt with some pretty tough stuff this year.
Co-parenting struggles, legal issues, parenting struggles, family struggles, infertility, debilitating anxiety attacks …
It hasn’t been an easy year.
But it’s also been a really amazing year!!! Probably one of the best years of my life.
When I think back on all the tough things we’ve been through this year, it’s crazy (and amazing) that I feel this positive about 2019.
Now, I’ve been thinking a lot about what separates happy/successful/content/thriving people from those who aren’t and it really does boil down your willingness to own your life
Here’s the truth. This is a truth that I learned the hard way.
Life is hard.
You’re going to have to deal with bullshit.
It doesn’t matter how people treat you
It doesn’t matter how bitter/resentful your ex may be
It doesn’t matter what your parents did or did not do as a child
or how crappy your boss or your mother-in-law is
or what people think about the choices you’re making in YOUR life…
Today in this episode I’m going to share strategies that I’ve implemented in my life to thrive amongst the tough stuff…
I’m confident that if you commit to doing the same, you’ll see a shift in yours!
