Summary
On today’s episode, ‘How To Get Your Baby Sleeping Through The Night,” Tracy Newberry joins us to discuss some of the things that can help us all sleep much better when we have infants and babies and about some very simple things that you can do to help you alleviate all of that tiredness when all you want to do is go to bed, but your baby is screaming. Tracey gives great advice to all the mothers out there.
Tracy is the founder of Happy Baby and Me and is known as ‘The Gentle Baby Sleep Coach’. Specialising in working with babies 6-11 months, Tracy helps parents solve their little one’s sleep issues without using any of the ‘Cry It Out’ methods. This significantly reduces stress and protects the bond you’ve worked so hard to build. Parents come to her stressed and exhausted but leave feeling happy, rested and ready to enjoy their life.
Shownotes:
“Sleep deprivation is no joke. But I feel like we can still try and change our mindsets to be that you can try and help your baby sleep better so you’re not so sleep deprived, and so exhausted all the time.”
Tracy created Happy Baby and Me to help moms find peace when dealing with their baby’s sleep issues. She discusses the baby sleep cycle, her thoughts on sleep deprivation, and what you can do to help yourself and your baby sleep better and more often. If you’re a new mother, or a mom with a sleepless baby at home then I invite you to listen in.
