The John Kobylt Show Hour 1 (01/14) - LAFD Chief Kristin Crowley wrote a memo to the city raising concerns over a lack of resources for the department before the fires broke out but the memo disappeared from the city's website. The same deputy mayor who allegedly called in a bomb threat was in charge of overseeing the fire department. LADWP wanted to replace power line poles in 2019 but stopped the project because of outrage from environmental activists.
