    FOX Sports’ lead College Football analyst Joel Klatt makes his picks for the biggest games on the slate for Week 2. He begins by previewing the game he will be calling Big Noon Saturday on FOX – the Cy-Hawk game between Iowa and #16 Iowa State. He then breaks down the huge Big Ten-SEC showdown in Norman between #15 Michigan and #18 Oklahoma as Klatt projects what to expect from True Freshman QB Bryce Underwood against Brent Venables’ defense. Klatt also makes his pick in the first Border War game since 2011 between Kansas and Missouri then considers how much the back-and-forth between Mike Gundy and Dan Lanning during the week will affect the score when Oklahoma State travels to Oregon. He wraps up his picks with two close matchups as #11 Illinois faces a tricky trip to Duke and Baylor looks to bounce back from their loss last week with an matchup at #17 SMU.
