Are You Walking with Jesus? [Are You Ready?] Mar 13, 2022

Jesus is knocking on the door of your heart. He has already said “yes” to forgiving your sin and giving you eternal life. Will you say “yes” to letting Him in? You can try to depend on money to making life feel meaningful, or even other people. However, Jesus calls Himself the “true vine.” If you stay connected to Him and allow Him to be your source you’ll have a life that is fulfilling and fruitful. Jesus wants your life to be full and to bear fruit that can be a blessing to others. Like a vinedresser that prunes back vines that are bearing fruit so they can become even more luscious, Jesus can also prune you. When you spend time in the Bible, it begins to prune back misconceptions you might have. For example, some people think they have done too many wrong things to be forgiven. But, Jesus confirms in the word that He has already paid the price for all sin on the cross. Did you know spending time in the Bible is fellowshipping with Jesus? Through scripture Jesus will speak to you.

Pastor Jerry uses scripture and personal testimony to teach that our trust for financial freedom shouldn’t be in anything except the Lord. People tend to count on their jobs, or the right circumstance to come through for their financial flow. Dependence on organizations, government, or businesses can let us down, especially when these things don’t work out the way we expect. But, God never fails us. He never lets us down. We can have complete confidence that we are well taken care of because He sees our need and wants to meet it. God has already supplied the air we breath, the water we drink and His own son for our salvation. After giving all that, what would He possibly withhold from us?

It's Time To Ask [Financial Besssing] Feb 06, 2022

On January 6, 2022 The Lord put a word in Pastor’s Jerry’s heart for this upcoming season. God knows the needs of His people. Recent events, such has COVID, have not only been a threat to our health, but also to our finances. The response to stop the spread of the virus has had a major economic impact which has been tremendously burdensome for many people. Pastor Jerry likens the financial affliction many believers face today to the bondage the Israelites faced under Egypt’s oppression. But, God is a good God. Pastor Jerry shows in scripture God’s promise to deliver His people and to bless them in ways that separate them from people who are not looking to God to be their provider. Benefits of Consistency [Your Best Year Yet] Jan 30, 2022

In this concluding message of the “Your Best Year Yet” series, Pastor Jerry discusses another principle that can position you to receive God’s promised blessings. Proverbs 10:4 warns about having a “slack hand.” Pastor Jerry demonstrates how over time people can slip back and begin to approach God with a slack hand. But, there are benefits to staying consistent with the Lord. If you really want to see God move in your life then you need to remain steady with Him. It’s natural to start off fired up after you receive a promise from God. But, then life gets hard and circumstances seem to work against you. Don’t let circumstances determine what’s going to happen in your life. You have a Heavenly Father who keep His promises and He has spoken a promise to bless you, and to give you a hope and a future. You don’t need to calculate and figure things out on your own. God is able to do anything. You can have confidence that God will bring the promise supernaturally if we stay the course and endure.

Your physical existence is because of Him and so is the gift of your salvation. He deserves to be praised all day! But, many believers don’t give God much thought or even pray. First Things First [Your Best Year Yet] Jan 09, 2022

How can you make this year stand out as one of the best years you’ve ever had? In this second message of our Weekly Message series, “Your Best Year Yet” Pastor Jerry teaches you need to put God first in everything. Learn how making God the priority in your life is aligning you to follow His will and receive His blessing for His promises to come to pass in your life. Pastor Jerry goes back to the Old Testament in Ex. 20:3 and points out that one of the first Commandments from the Lord is “You shall have no other gods before Me.” God is your creator! He breathed His breath in your lungs so you can have life! Through His son, Jesus, you may also have eternal life! That’s a double reason to reverence God as Lord in your life. In Psalm 63:1, David wrote, “O God, you are my God..” Sometimes we get caught up counting on our own resources to make things happen in our lives when we should only be looking to our God. His resources are not limited. He is the God of the whole earth.
