This week we talk to Jason from the Australian Hunting Podcast about Hunting and firearm rules in the side so the ditch. The Australian Hunting Podcast was created by Jason Selmes and released its first ever radio show Episode on 19th of February 2011. Initially the concept of the radio shows development was for its Host Jason Selmes who wanted to speak with professionals first hand so he could gather the experience to become a better hunter and shooter himself. Jason then decided the share with this valuable information with people all over the world so that they can become better hunters, shooters and fisherman. The Australian Hunting Podcast was born. http://australianhuntingpodcast.com.au https://www.facebook.com/AustralianHuntingPodcast
This week Stephen and Dougie chew the fat. Jack of all trades, master of some - Dougie is a keen bush grub. She learns quickly and has developed some key skills through a little instruction, a bit more observation and lots of practice. She has previously worked in a few different (and intriguing!) areas of the New Zealand Government and has a keen eye for detail, a crazy love for green pyjamas and running around the bush. She's focused on safety while still challenging herself and pushing the limits. Here you can discuss writing projects, request a commissioned painting or just chat about your hunting and outdoor experiences. She loves chatting hunting, so drop her a message! Check out her back catalogue of articles on NZBlokes.co.nz by searching "NZ Hunting" or better still, pick up a copy of NZOutdoor Hunting Magazine from Countdown, PacNSave, The Warehouse or your local bookshop. https://www.facebook.com/DougieHuntWritePaint http://www.instagramkusu.com/dougiesview http://www.nzoutdoor.co.nz/

Real Dog Training is based in Matamata and run by Paul Michels. Paul specialises in training big game indicating dogs, or deer dogs. Paul has trained and hunted with dogs from a very young age and has spent years studying and trialling different training techniques and philosophies, including thousands of hours working with different dogs at home and in the bush. Paul hunts recreationally and works as a professional hunter, specialising in the use of big game indicating dogs. Paul lives to hunt over good dogs, and now he wants to pass on his simple and effective training techniques so other people can experience the ease and pleasure of hunting over a well bred, and well trained dog. Paul focuses on training his clients to train their own dogs. This brings better results and satisfaction in the long term, and sets people up for a lifetime of enjoyment as a hunter and dog owner. http://realdogtraining.org/ https://www.facebook.com/pages/Big-Game-Indicating-Dogs/361663340697910?fref=ts
