    Who We Are

Autism Rocks and Rolls Corporation was started by 20-year-old Sam Mitchell, in October of 2019. It began with a simple interest in media when he was a junior in high school and has led to him becoming an entrepreneur by creating his own NonProfit and podcast, Autism Rocks and Rolls Corporation.

His nonprofit and advocacy offers public speaking, podcast coaching, podcast editing, sponsorships, ad space, merchandise, public speaking, educational supplements, guest appearances, and guest space on his podcast.

    Our Goals

Sam is a high-functioning human being on the autism spectrum, but he has a mission: to show people that he is not broken, does not need to be fixed, there is no normal in this world, and he is successful, WITH autism. Sam wants to celebrate the successes of all. He embraces who he is and feels as though everyone should do the same.

His mission has caught on and this powerful and extraordinary idea is catching on and gotten the world's attention. People are differently-abled, not disabled.

E189 - Podcasters Should Be Everywhere, Be Real and Be Different with Guest CO-HOST - Fatima Bey - The Mind Shifter Jan 01, 2024
    Show notes

EPISODE 189 - Podcasters Should Be Everywhere, Be Real and Be Different with Guest CO-HOST - Fatima Bey - The Mind ShifterAbout our guest co-host - Being a MindShift Coach is something I have been doing my whole life. It is only in recent years that I decided to give it a name and make a living from it. You see, none of us were born to work just to pay bills. On the contrary, you were born with a purpose and you should make a living doing it. As The MindShifter, I am doing just that. My journey of struggle, self-discovery and building has equipped me to help others. I have always had a lot of personality, but what was hidden underneath that was a girl with very low self-esteem and no confidence. I had no clue who I really was or the power and purpose I was born with. I can now stand bold, strong, and with confidence. My relationship with God is a large part of that because I know exactly who I am and what I was put here on earth to do! It’s really your thinking that decides your failure or success, more than means or opportunity. I know this because I am living it. Since I began my journey as The MindShifter I became a writer for Blessings Magazine, a radio personality with a segment called The MindShifter on Blessings Radio out of Albany, NY, have been a guest speaker at various events and schools, started a YouTube channel and started the MindShift Power Podcast. I was also honored to win 2022 Best Of Albany in the category of life coach.I am also an award winning dual entrepreneur. I own MyAbishai where I am a Master Seamstress, Wedding Gown Designer, and Sewing Teacher. If you would like to learn more or have any particular questions, my contact information is below. Please be sure to gain from some of my free life teachings by subscribing to my YouTube channel linked below and follow me on social media. Also check out the Media/Awards page. Thanks for reading this until the end!MindShift Power Podcast is for teens, about teens, and anyone who works with teens. Many of the guests will be teens from all over the US and Canada. We will discuss issues that involve teens. Solutions start with conversations. Real conversations can not happen unless we are honest. For this reason guests will be able to speak their minds without the chains of extreme political correctness, something desperately needed in today's society. You will hear the real raw truths of where the minds of our youths are today. You will also hear from those who teach, work with, or create programs for youth of any kind. We will talk about the problems teens are dealing with but also discuss solutions. The main goals of this podcast is to bridge the large existing gap between teens and the adults who are trying to create solutions for them and for teens to hear what other teens are thinking or going through and realize that they are not alone. If you are a teen and want to know what other teens are really going through, are really thinking, or you want to come up with a solution for your town or situation, this is for you. If you are an adult who works with teens and want to better what you are doing, this is for you. If you are a parent who wants to understand the mind of the modern teen to better help you deal with yours, this is for you.https://www.fatimabey.com/___https://howtopodcast.ca/

The Daily Dave - Take Part in The January Analytics Diet Challenge - Do Not Watch Your Stats for the Month of January

I have a challenge for you as we enter this new year! I challenge you to take the entire month of January off - off from your podcast? Nope!

I want to challenge you to take the entire month off of obsessing over your analytics and stats - that you do not look at, review, study and view your stats - at all! Nothing, for the month of January.

Having the right audience is more important than just having a large audience. Instead of chaising your stats, I want you to chase your listener.

We need a mental break from the hamster wheel of racing to grow our numbers - I want you to enjoy January and refocus your podcast for 2024.

Are you up for it? Challenge accepted?

EPISODE 188 - Canadian Podcasters, A Powerful Why with Guest CO-HOST - Debbie McCulloch - Older and Bolder

In this episode, Dave welcomes back Debbie McCulloch, host of the podcast Older and Bolder, for a heartfelt and inspiring conversation about purpose, resilience, and the power of storytelling through podcasting. Broadcasting from her small town in Saskatchewan, Debbie shares how her journey into podcasting began after a long career as a pharmacist and how stepping outside her comfort zone has led to one of the most fulfilling chapters of her life.

Debbie’s podcast focuses on interviewing women over fifty who are living boldly, often in the face of adversity. Through these conversations, she highlights stories of profound loss, personal reinvention, and meaningful contribution. From a grandmother who turned unimaginable tragedy into community impact, to a woman in her seventies who co-created a musical that went on to sell out large venues, Debbie emphasizes that this stage of life is not an ending, but a powerful continuation.

At the heart of Debbie’s work is a deeply personal why. She opens up about the significant losses she has experienced, including the death of her father, the tragic and unresolved murder of her sister, and the passing of her husband. These experiences shaped her belief that growing older is a gift and that life beyond fifty should be appreciated, celebrated, and lived with intention. Her podcast became a way to honor that perspective while amplifying the voices of others who embody it.

Debbie also reflects on her growth as a podcaster, describing a journey built on trial and error, curiosity, and courage. From learning the technical basics to building confidence behind the mic, she credits community, mentorship, and a willingness to try as key factors in her progress. She encourages aspiring podcasters to start before they feel ready, embrace imperfection, and focus on the message they want to share.

Throughout the episode, Debbie highlights the impact of storytelling, sharing how listeners have been moved, inspired, and even motivated to make life changes after hearing her guests. Whether it is returning to school later in life or navigating difficult personal circumstances, these stories resonate because they are real, honest, and hopeful.

Key takeaway: It is never too late to start something meaningful. When driven by purpose and authenticity, your story and the stories you share can create a ripple effect far beyond what you can see.
