The Life & Crimes of The Most Infamous Killer in America | Ted Bundy: MurderousMinds May 01, 2020

Show notes

This episode is the result of extensive research looking at the life and mind of Theodore Robert Bundy to try and understand what drives an outwardly normal man to commit some of the most heinous acts ever recorded on innocent young girls who had their whole lives ahead of them. Some of the names have been changed to protect those who do not wish to be associated with what Bundy did, some of the grotesque acts he performed on his victims have also been toned down….. but the accounts are true and the events surrounding the murders are as accurate as possible….. because ultimately there is only one person who knows what really happened and thankfully he is no longer with us.

The Travis Walton UFO incident & Abduction Apr 17, 2020

Show notes

It is one of the most famous and at the same time one of the most controversial cases in UFOlogy. Travis Walton is now a name that has become synonymous with the alien abduction phenomena thanks in no small part to the mass media attention his case received at the time. This profile was only raised further with the release of the 1993 movie “Fire in the Sky” which chronicled the events surrounding his abduction. But for all those who believe Walton’s story, there seem to be an equal number of people who doubt his authenticity and both he and the other witnesses to the events that fateful night have come under personal attacks by those claiming they faked the whole thing as part of some money making scheme.

Walton’s story has left researchers, sceptics and law enforcement asking countless questions regarding their respective fields of interest. But the one question everyone seems to want to know the answer to is this; just where was Travis Walton between November 5th and November 10th, 1975. Was he as some have suggested, hiding out in a cabin or a tent deep in the forests of Arizona, waiting to re-emerge with tall tails of aliens? Or was he indeed carried away by some unknown force for reasons that still elude us?

In this Destination Declassified video, we are going to break down key points in the Travis Walton case. It is not our aim to prove Walton is telling the truth nor are we here to suggest he is a liar but until he or his colleagues come forward admitting it is a hoax or some previously undiscovered evidence emerges that proves he is telling the truth, we are left with deciding for ourselves what we want to believe.

So, let us now delve into the case of Travis Walton.

The Life & Crimes of The Butcher of Plainfield | Ed Gein: MurderousMinds Apr 15, 2020

Show notes

The names Norman Bates, Buffalo Bill and Leatherface are all heinous, psychotic characters in some of the most horrific horror movies of all time. All despicable human beings that commit monstrous acts against their fellow humans, surely these heinous characters could never exist in real life?

Well, that is where you are wrong, all of these characters and many others were inspired by the real-life serial killer Edward Theodore Gein, and although none of them is directly based on his character, they all exhibit parts of Geins nature and personality and the shocking way he committed his murders. Let’s take a step into the mind of the real American Psycho from his birth to his death to try and understand what drove a seemingly timid little local man to commit some of the most gruesome crimes ever reported….

The Columbine High School Shooting | Dylan Klebold & Eric Harris: MurderousMinds Apr 12, 2020

Show notes

On April 19th, 1995, Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols conspired to blow up the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City.....anti-government militant Timothy McVeigh parked a truck outside the building that was packed with explosives which he detonated before fleeing the scene.

The blast and resulting building collapse killed at least 168 people and injured 680. The explosion destroyed or damaged 324 other buildings within a 16-block radius, shattered glass in 258 nearby buildings, and destroyed or burning 86 cars, causing an estimated $652 million worth of damage. until the 2001 September 11 attacks, the Oklahoma City bombing was the worst terrorist attack ever carried out on American soil.

Most people would be appalled at such an act, but for 18-year-old Eric Harris and 17-year-old Dylan Klebold, it was the inspiration behind the mass shootings at Columbine High School.

And it all took place almost to the day, four years later…
