Show notes
Fat Joe and Jadakiss sit down with their brothers Styles P and Sheek Louch for a full LOX reunion on the Joe and Jada set. The guys talk about what's kept the group untouchable for decades, with no exec ever coming between them and no outside noise ever getting in. The conversation goes deep on the passing of Oliver “Power” Grant from Wu-Tang, K-Slay's irreplaceable role in hip hop culture, and how losing people in your circle hits differently as you get older. Styles P talks about his health businesses, being both plant-based and anti-glizzy, and why it’s important to know where your food comes from. Plus, Joe clowns a crew member's loafer-sneaker hybrid for the better part of ten minutes, they discuss Bad Bunny's Super Bowl set and the politics blocking his film in Puerto Rico, and Jada insists that Styles and Sheek “perhaps” hear Joe’s famous Iron Sheikh story. Styles and Sheek also preview new music, playing two records live in the studio.
