Because baby, leaving your job to build a business sounds bold until the steady paycheck stops hitting, every decision lands on you, and God is once again arriving at 11:59:57 😭

In this episode, female entrepreneurs and founders Michal and Georgina get real about going all in on the businesses God called them to build. They talk about leaving successful healthcare careers, trusting God in business, founder loneliness, financial pressure, fear of being seen, spiritual warfare, internalized shame, and the identity shift that comes with becoming a full-time entrepreneur.

When He didn’t, Michal Renée had some real questions.

In this raw conversation, Michal sits down with Atlanta psychologist, minister, author, and mental health advocate Dr. Alduan Tartt to discuss grief, anxiety, church trauma, spiritual bypassing, gun violence, and healing when your faith gets complicated.

Michal shares how losing multiple loved ones changed her relationship with God, led her to numb her pain with alcohol, and eventually contributed to a mental health crisis while she was working on the front lines during COVID-19.

Dr. Tartt brings the faith and the psychology, helping her put language around compounded grief, emotional shutdown, nervous-system overload, and why telling somebody to “just pray about it” can leave them feeling even more alone.

Baby, they went there.

Lorenzo planned to travel, make his money, and mind his business. Atlanta was the last place he wanted to be, but after two California nursing contracts were canceled, guess where he ended up? Atlanta. 😂
