But today, that is absolutely who he is. Spending time with Jonny, you instantly feel his chill demeanor, compassion, and positive energy. He started using instagram to share his juicing journey, and it has since grown into his livelihood, through the help of his adorable dog Noah. Adam Sud is a gem. He’s the type of person that you meet and can’t help but instantly love. The type of person who has explored his darkness, seen his rock bottom, and been humbled and strengthened by that experience. He is open in his vulnerability, in ways that invite you in and let you know that you, too, can build yourself back up, no matter how low you feel. Adam is the everyman, but also such a shining inspiration. Just a few years ago, Adam was struggling with both a drug addiction and type 2 diabetes. Today he is one of the most holistically healthy individuals you’ll meet. Adam’s story is about recovery and resilience.
