With or without Donald Trump. ~ Will Boris Johnson resign over the UK Supreme Court decision and Brexit? The British Supreme Court ruled that the prorogation of Parliament was unlawful. White House correspondent, Victoria Jones of the DC Radio Company joins Thom to explain that the 11 justices effectively said that Johnson lied to the Queen.
