    In past episodes of The Guinea Pig, Fiona has been candid about a problem which affects a huge amount of women; that when she gets the urge to go to the toilet, she's unable to stop. So many of us suffer with different levels of incontinence , yet are too embarrassed to talk about it or get help.

    In this episode, Tania Adib joins Maryam and Fiona in the clinic to talk about the treatments she gave to Fiona to combat her lose bladder and then crucially, to find out if they had any effect.
