McLaughlin polling: 62% say the country’s on the wrong track, 61% say USA is in recession, 43% affected by inflation and 87% won’t benefit from Biden’s s Student Loan Forgiveness while everyone’s taxes will go up. In less than 2 years, McLaughlin says Biden has added $4T to Federal Spending and $10T to the National Debt. Biden corruption is a very real threat: Chinese gave Hunter tens of millions and Sec. of State Blinken was head of the Biden Center at the Univ. of Penn where the Chinese had given them tens of millions. So Biden won’t stand up to the Chinese or Russian oligarchs, the ones who had the Biden family on the payroll. Putin is unafraid of Biden because the Russians know more about Biden than we do.

The country was convulsed by the inappropriate misuse of the FBI by Comey and his team at headquarters, none of whom have been held accountable. Leadership always seems to escape. The FBI can’t operate like it did under Comey where they decided to open a case against Trump officials without any adequate reason or legal basis to do so. Right now we see a cavalcade of FBI steps that lead reasonable people to believe that Dems are using the powers of the DOJ to protect Joe Biden. Half the country now believes the FBI is pursuing policies and political agenda of Democrats over Republicans.

Olsen says the subpoena served on Lindell could have been sent by mail and the subpoena didn’t demand a show of force to stop him and seize his cell phone. Olsen has filed a lawsuit on behalf of Mike Lindell for violations of his Constitutional rights under the 1st, 4th, 5th and 6th Amendments. The show of force was illegal and unconstitutional. Olsen says what we are watching is the normalization of the surveillance state and police state in America.

Robert Cahaly says the single biggest issue this fall is student loan forgiveness. Nothing this year has evoked more visceral reaction than asking someone who works with their hands for a living to pay off student loans for someone more affluent. Cahaly says Biden’s nasty, hateful speech going after MAGA Republicans has created submerged voters. They don’t want anyone to know what their MAGA positions are. They’re radio silent, they’re so angry and they’ll stay submerged until election day. Cahaly fears some of those submerged voters now fear the govt so much, that they won’t vote.

Mike says the FBI asked him not to talk about the seizure of his phone and now Mike is suing the U.S. Govt and the FBI for violating his rights. Lindell says he’s had all the evidence since Jan. 9, 2021 that the 2020 election was rigged. And he’s spent a year trying to get the word out. Now a lot of that evidence is suppressed because of a Govt gag order. Every court in the country has kicked cases down the road saying you have no standing. This corruption runs so deep judges are afraid for their families.

Davis says the law is very clear that the President has absolute Constitutional power to declassify what he wants for any reason he wants. He doesn’t have to label it nor seek permission from any bureaucrat. He can just do it through his actions. Trump declassified all Russiagate documents through his words and actions the day before leaving office with his declassification memo. Presidents are not above the law but when it comes to classification, they are the law.

Barr has done a 180 on what he says happened in the 2020 election. Schaffer wonders if they have dirt on him. Not a single one of the 51 Intel Officers has apologized for saying Hunter’s laptop was Russia disinformation. The fact that the Intel Officers would sign that letter leads to the belief there is a Deep State and President Trump was exposing it.
