Rep. Scott Perry has a bill to label the Chinese Communist Party a “Transnational Criminal Organization.” The CCP calls America its enemy. The GOP has created a new China Committee to deal with a threatening Communist China. DOJ/FBI raided Trump’s home and seized documents while DOJ/FBI just took Biden’s word they had turned in all secret documents. Trump had full Secret Service Protection, a secure SKIFF for handling top secret material and Biden didn’t. Perry asks, “when will Americans get sick of one standard for Marxist Dems and another for GOP?” Conservative Republicans have won representation on important House Committees and Perry says the American people are now better represented. Rep. Bishop was one of the 20, the group of GOP Reformers. He says if they hadn’t held out and McCarthy had been elected from the beginning, we wouldn’t have had the debate. The nation wasn’t going to go up in smoke if the Speaker’s election was delayed a few days. That was Democracy and it’s about time we see more of it. Bishop is grateful to the holdouts who originally went public against McCarthy. They showed the most courage and without them these reforms in the 118th Congress wouldn’t have been possible. Many in the Republican Conference were critical of their push for reforms, but are now thrilled about what they all accomplished. There are big differences between Biden’s situation and President Trump’s. Trump’s documents were boxed up by GSA and the National Archives and delivered to his residence. He has a secure SKIFF at Mar-a-Lago and he was President and declassified them. President Trump had the sole authority to declassify any document. Vice Presidents, Secretary of State and CIA Directors do not. The Biden dealings in Ukraine make these classified materials even more significant. Olson says the history of the Bidens and Nancy Pelosi’s son in Ukraine raise a host of issues. Do any of these documents relate and were they taken from a secure facility? All these documents should be declassified and released to the public. The Oversight Committee also wants to know what role the FBI played in covering up Hunter laptop reports. The Committee is also investigating the Biden family influence peddling and suspicious banking activity. The Deep State is real, the Twitter files show the FBI created a task force of 80 Special Agents without authority to police free speech on social media platforms. Rep. Andy Biggs led 20 GOP Reformers who wanted to make changes that had lasting significance. Biggs says Speaker McCarthy initially ignored them months ago because he expected a Red Wave in the midterms. The narrow win gave the Freedom Caucus great leverage and bargaining power. Biggs has great faith in Jordan and Comer whose committees of Judiciary and Oversight are already at work. The country is in dire straits and the GOP Congress will have to fight using every procedural tool to roll back the Marxist Dems who control the White House and the Senate. Biggs expects McCarthy to be a really good Speaker and last week was an emotional boost as Americans saw their Representatives stand up and win the fight against the status quo.

The GOP Reformers asked McCarthy for months to implement the motion to vacate, single subject bills and to restore regular order. McCarthy suddenly wants to negotiate but Norman says it’s too late, they are now resolved. Norman says debt is the cancer in this country. Almost $32T of it and McCarthy has a 14-year history of never standing up against runaway Democrat spending. He says they’re working to elect Jim Jordan as Speaker because he’s a fighter and a born leader.
