President Trump’s attorney Tim Parlatore voluntarily testified before a grand jury in the Mar-A-Lago documents case. They asked for a custodian of records for the office of the former president, which is an entity that's created under the former Presidents Act every former president has. They were hoping for some Mar-A-Lago staffer to come in that they could beat up on how little they knew about where documents were.Tim says one of the things he was shocked at was the willingness of the DOJ lawyers to openly mislead the jury and commit misconduct right in front of him. He said they asked him to answer privileged questions multiple times and he called them out each time in front of the jury for doing so.

Garland was asked about the threat tag applied to parents protesting at school boards and he could never give a straight answer. When asked how innocent J6ers could be in jail for more than two years without a trial, he had no idea. Yet his prosecutors went too court repeatedly over 100 times asking for pre-trial detention. When asked why, he didn’t have an answer. Garland could not answer because he’s not running the show. Kelly says the people running it are Deputy AG Lisa Monaco, a long time Obama loyalist, and Matthew Graves, the U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia, the office handling every single J6 case. The DOJ runs the D.C. Courthouse. They’re nothing more than a rubber stamp, in cahoots to deny Due Process rights of these Americans simply because they protested Joe Biden’s rigged election on January 6th. Kelly says Garland is a malicious, petty man like Joe Biden. He doesn’t care about these defendants simply because they Americans who protested Joe Biden’s election.

So we've got a long time to go, but we're on the right path right now. Ford today announced that they’ll make cars next year without AM radios. And why are they getting rid of the AM radios? It's because the woke corporations say it interferes with their batteries in the electric cars. Well, they're getting rid of AM radio. And why are they doing that? Because conservatives listen to talk radio. So I'm not buying another Ford ever again. And we need to make sure that that, you know, we fight back because it's corporate censorship. And, you know, Ford is making billions and they're losing like $3 billion making electric cars with China. And they've got this battery deal with the Chinese. And conservatives need to spend their dollars supporting conservative businesses. So, as you hear that, it's just unthinkable to me that Americans would roll over for this.

The courts in Manhattan know this is an injustice but no judge in NY is going to be the guy who walks around town with people pointing at him saying, that’s the man who freed Donald Trump. Dershowitz says a robe doesn’t give you courage. And no NYC judge would have the courage to throw this indictment out, even though they know it’s not worth the paper it’s written on. Our judicial system is getting worse because future leaders of the Bar, future judges, future professors are now at Stanford, Yale and Georgetown Law Schools stopping people from speaking, saying the Constitution doesn’t matter because it’s a white, male, patriarchal document and should be ignored. We’re seeing our next generation of leaders today in elite law schools being taught to disvalue the Constitution and to put politics, ideology and partisanship above it. Dershowitz remains a Democrat but says his biggest enemies are not Conservatives but the Radical Left who are trying to push the party into a woke progressive extremism.

Alvin Bragg is advancing untested legal theories about prosecuting under state law a federal candidate and trying to apply New York State campaign finance laws to it. The DOJ, Special Counsel and the prosecutor in Georgia must be livid about this case because Ameer Benno believes Bragg’s flimsy charges contaminated all those cases. The reason Bragg is bringing this case is to be a distraction for the failings of the Biden Administration. We’re not talking about those failings or hunter Biden. Now Donald Trump is the center of the conversation. This case brings us to an inflection point, a moment Benno hopes will jar Americans to see what’s really going on in this country. The prosecution is based on an exceedingly questionable legal theory, questionable on a couple of different points and it is a real abuse of prosecutorial judgement. D.A. Alvin Bragg apparently wants to get Trump for falsification of business records which is a misdemeanor in New York and on top of that, the Statute of Limitations ran out. Then Bragg wants to make it a felony by tying it to another alleged crime paying hush money to Stormy Daniels. Smith says that wasn’t a campaign expenditure and the whole case falls apart. Did Bragg really think about what’s good for the country? Where are the responsible leaders to stop political persecution? Smith’s afraid it’s going to get worse before it gets better. Ultimately people are going to have to revolt at the polls.

Congressman Barry Loudermilk joins us to discuss his battle against the Marxist Dems’ J6 Committee, their attacks on him and the likelihood there could be as many as 1,200 more Americans arrested in the DOJ’s reign of terror. The J6 Committee and the DOJ didn’t hesitate to attack Congressman Loudermilk. He was questioned by the Marxist Dems about what they termed a reconnaissance tour on Jan. 5th of 2021. The Georgia Republican was hosting a tour of friends and others and none of them he says were present on Jan. 6th. Congressman Benny Thompson said Loudermilk was never formally accused and Loudermilk refused to respond to their questions. And in a twist of fate, all of the records of the Jan. 6th Committee are now under the control of House Republicans and Loudermilk is the head of the Administration Committee’s Oversight Investigation of J6. Loudermilk is also in control of 44K hours of video from that day. And he says everything including the records Dems tried to keep secret will be available to the public. When not fighting Marxists Dems in D.C.. he’s standing up for constituents in Georgia. He recently joined the owners of the World’s largest gun store in Smyrna, Georgia when 16 ATF agents from all over the country showed up to intimidate the owners. Loudermilk says we must make government accountable to our citizens.

Vought, Trump’s former OMB Director, says the biggest threats we face are Biden’s reckless deficits and what is now a massive national debt. China holds a trillion dollars of our debt. One reason so many are concerned with the country’s fiscal health of this country is from a national security standpoint. It’s a tenuous situation to have our adversary owning our debt in a way they can wreak havoc if they want. Republicans have real power. Democrats leaked information about whistleblowers in order to smear them and discourage others from coming forward. Gaetz says there was a huge breakthrough investigating bank records of corporations used by the Bidens to launder Chinese cash into their bank accounts. The entire point of these shell companies was to buy influence with the Biden family and compromise them. Those bank records tell the story. GOP has evidence the Bidens were also protected by the FBI with agents who labeled anything derogatory about the Bidens as Russian disinformation. What did the Chinese receive for all the money they gave the Bidens?

RealClearPolitics’ Tom Bevan says Manhattan DA Bragg’s prosecution of President Trump is the continued Democrat weaponization of our politics. Bevan says even Dems admit Bragg’s prosecution would set an awful precedent. Democrats and Republicans view the other literally as existential threats to their way of life but Bevan isn’t convinced we’re headed to civil war or that there will be a final victory of which the other side will never recover. The Democrats are not the FDR party of the working class. Dems are targeting small slices of demographics with a hierarchy of victimhood. It’s all about equity and not about equal opportunity but rather equal outcomes engineered by the government. Bevan says the censorship of the NY Post story on Hunter Biden’s laptop, the letter signed by 51 Intel officials and the way Twitter, Facebook and social media suppressed the story is a true low point in America’s history. Twenty-thirty years ago every news outlet in America would have tried to get copies of the laptop and validate those emails. It was a disgrace.
