Legal legend Alan Dershowitz says a Special Counsel is legal targeting but Trump’s Executive Privilege and Attorney Client Privilege were violated as a result. To what extent has targeting been permissible and the results of targeting justifiable to bring a prosecution. That’s the moral issue of the case. You have to ask whether any American could survive the kind of scrutiny that Trump has undergone if the government went after them? It raises very troubling problems about the American justice system.

Liberals now want to preserve and strengthen the FBI, expand the Espionage Act and Conservatives have become the civil libertarians. Liberals don’t care about the Constitution, it’s get Trump, get Trump. Dershowitz says Trump’s arraignment, trial and appeal should be televised. The public has a right to see how their criminal justice system operates, particularly in a political case like this. It shouldn’t be filtered through MSNBC, CNN or the New York Times where they’ll get a distorted view.

TRUMP IS RIGHT ON DOCUMENTS Jun 12, 2023

Tom Fitton says the Trump indictment is run by ideologues and the DOJ Garland team and their appointees in the name of Jack Smith. They’re using the Federal Grand Jury to target their political opponent and the Republican Party. The Special Counsel has refused to release the names of everyone working on his staff and Tom Fitton says there’s no legal basis to withhold names from the public. Fitton says the Justice Department was upset when it was reported that he told Trump the DOJ analysis of the records issues was all wrong and that the President has a right to have those records. They are the President’s personal records. Fitton says Trump shouldn’t be accused of doing something wrong because they were his to keep. Judicial Watch has 30 years experience litigating federal records law and know what they’re talking about.

FBI had actually served Fitton with a subpoena last year when the Biden records started popping up. Fitton says right then he knew Biden had a records problem. Tom believes they sent the FBI to his home this spring to serve a subpoena to intimidate Judicial Watch and Tom. And he had to testify before a Grand Jury, without a lawyer. Tom says this is a real crisis.

Judicial Watch’s Chris Farrell says the disparity of treatment of the Clintons, the anointed Leftists of the elite versus the treatment Trump gets is shocking. If everyone is honest, they realize there are two very different stories in the American justice system today. The DOJ and FBI had Hunter’s laptop in their possession and they watched as Trump was impeached over a Ukraine phone call when they had the laptop showing Hunter was up to his neck in corrupt dealings. They watched the President go through a phony impeachment. Farrell says the Durham Report was an incredible disappointment. He details 306 pages of criminal activity, is aware crimes were committed but he doesn’t charge a soul. That’s an enormous disservice to the American public. In the Durham Report we learn that Biden dropped four investigations of the Clintons in the summer of 2021. Biden had been in office for six months. We know the DOJ was able to generate four investigations a month of President Trump.

Peter Navarro predicted Elon Musk would be an anti-Trumper because of potential Trump tariffs on goods made in China. Musk is making a business decision backing De Santis, like Wall Street and Silicon Valley. They’re buying a useful idiot for the CCP, for the Globalist Elites who want to ship our jobs away. Musk has moved the bulk of his production to Shanghai. Now he as the largest electric vehicle factory in the world there. Xi Jinping could put him out of business with the stroke of a pen. There’s only one guy in America who could step into the Oval Office tomorrow and fix everything: the economy, foreign policy, China. That’s Donald Trump. Everyone else would have to go through a learning curve on the Republican side, and we can’t afford that because of the crises facing us from the Dem side. Right now we’re in Stagflation: slow growth resulting from recession plus inflation. They’re at the heart of this battle over the debt ceiling. The GOP has to hold the Dems accountable for massive, unprecedented levels of inflationary spending pushed through by Biden, Pelosi and Schumer.
