Former NSA Senior Intelligence Analyst Russ Tice says we’ve been a covert police state for a long time and Russ warned about it almost 20 years ago as a Whistleblower. We all know it now and he says we’re reaching an inflection point. Americans need to wake up and fight against the surveillance or we’re doomed. Tice says NSA has all the information on Joe Biden. At any time they could go to the President and pull him aside and say, we have all the bank records showing money coming directly to you, because NSA collects everything. Tice believes NSA is using the information on Biden for blackmail. If you have that kind of power to collect everything and everyone’s communications, think about how you could use that. We could stop China from stealing our technology but people are making big time profits on information and new technology going to China. China will exploit it, mass produce it using cheap labor then sell it back to us and the people here will make big time profits. Tice wonders if anyone really knows what artificial intelligence is and how it works? It’s an easy way to frighten people and make sure intel budgets increase. NSA has been swimming in money for the last 20 years and no one has ever questioned their budget. Tice says the reason the Intel Community focuses on surveilling domestically is for control. NSA gathers compromising information on people in power and can ultimately use it to blackmail them to make sure their coffers remain full.

Attorney Mike Davis, head of A3P, says the Dems have become a party of misfits, Marxist BLM and terrorist sympathizers cheering on these terrorist attacks. He wonders why Biden has left our border wide open? What does Biden think will happen in America when he invites in fighting age men from terrorist hotspots? The Marxist Left plays for keeps while Conservatives play by old rules. The Marxist Dems want to destroy us, destroy our country and everything we stand for. They want mass imports from Third World Marxist countries that do not share American values. It’s time for Republicans to understand we’re dealing with the real enemy here. We need to fight fire with fire. Davis says it’s time for House Republicans to move forward quickly on the impeachment inquiry because we can’t have a compromised President like we have right now. Once we have a new Speaker, they need to issue subpoenas for Hunter, James and Joe Biden and every Biden member who received foreign corruption money needs to be hauled before Congress. Davis says the budget will be a huge test for the next Speaker. If House Republicans do not appropriate money to the Executive branch, the Executive branch doesn’t get the money. It’s time for the GOP to draw the line and say you’re going to take the budget we give you. The appropriation process is so important because House Republicans can place riders on each bill refusing federal funding for things like gender affirming care and BLM. Then let Dems or Biden shut down the govt. to appease their radical constituents. It’s where Republicans can draw the line. This doesn’t require wit, it just requires will.

Dr. Eli David joins Lou from Tel Aviv to discuss the Israeli war with Hamas. He says for the past two decades what Israel has done with Hamas is a bit like what Winston Churchill described. An appeaser is someone who feeds a crocodile hoping it will eat him last. Some hoped Hamas was really not a terror organization. And while they said they wanted to massacre Jews, no one believed them. We learned we should listen to our enemies and not interpret in our Liberal civilized world what we wanted to hear. Hamas has said for years they wanted to massacre Jews and that is exactly what they did. The Gaza Strip has a border with Egypt. Egypt could easily open the border and let the so called innocent civilian refugees flee into Egypt. They’re not doing that. Why? Because these people, given the opportunity, would gladly slaughter Egyptians, too. David says they are not going to die like sheep like they did in the 40’s. The entire nation has come together and the disagreements they had before are no longer relevant. The country has come together and everyone is behind the government. The entire nation is looking forward to dealing with the evil on their borders.

Barak Shmuel, a young American-Israeli joins Lou from his home in Askelon, Israel. He describes how his life changed on Saturday morning when Hamas brutally attacked his country. The 17 year-old said it’s scary but he’s confident Israel will do whatever is necessary. They’re fighting for their country and whatever needs to be done will be done.

ISRAEL CRUSH HAMAS, BUT LIMIT WAR Oct 12, 2023

Col. Doug Macgregor says the U.S. should be concerned that the Israelis execute this mission to their satisfaction while at the same time preventing this event from becoming a wider war. We don’t have the ammunition, the missiles and the rockets to supply anyone else at this stage. We’re spending ourselves into oblivion in Ukraine. Macgregor has seen the Israeli fortifications around the Gaza strip and was shocked that Hamas fighters breached Israeli security as easily and rapidly as they did. The enemy managed to do something no one expected or anticipated. They managed to coordinate, organize and plan without tipping their hand. The Hamas terrorists are behaving very much like ISIS. The challenge right now is not letting this get out of control and become a regional war possibly dragging in the Russians, Iranians and Chinese. We need dipllomacy in D.C. and he doesn’t see any evidence of anyone doing it. This whole thing could blow up very suddenly into something we don’t want. The Israelis have excellent technology and weapons systems. The only thing they may not have enough of is ammunition because they shipped a huge quantity of their artillery ammunition to Ukraine at our insistence. DOBBS: LEAD, FOLLOW OR ELSE Oct 11, 2023

Congressman Andy Biggs says what Hamas did was inhumane, barbaric, they’re from another century and they’re evil. But it’s no secret or surprise to anyone that Hamas took action so soon after Biden gave $6 billion to Iran, the largest state sponsors of terror in the world. Biden’s weakness facilitated this. Now the Taliban is asking Iran if they can pass through to help Hamas using American munitions and weaponry Biden chose to leave behind in the failed Afghanistan withdrawal. Biggs says Israel is one of the most capable fighting forces in the world. They need to act with decisiveness and boldness to make sure they can never be attacked like this again. The Congressman hopes a new Speaker will provide one more exit from the Uni Party. It hindered Donald Trump’s Presidency and prevented Republicans from doing everything they wanted to do. We still have Obamacare because of the Uni Party. Biggs says we have to get rid of the Uni Party and move to the America First movement. He says that’s what this is all about. The last 3 GOP Speakers could not negotiate and gave the Dems everything they wanted. The country cannot take any more lip service to border security, no more bad CR’s. It’s time to do the 12 budget bills and put pressure on the Administration to actually enforce border laws. In his lifetime, Biggs says he’s seen just the bad stuff get pushed through, not the good.
