STONE: WHAT IS JOHNSON DOING? Dec 11, 2023

Roger Stone says Kevin McCarthy was always more interested in power than in principle. Once he got power he acted like a man who would never lose power. Hats off to Matt Gaetz who stuck to principle at great personal cost to himself. Stone says Republicans seemed to be manic about getting rid of George Santos even with a slim majority. He should not have been expelled until he was convicted. Santos was denied his due process. Stone initially hailed new Speaker Mike Johnson after his legal defense of Trump during the unjust impeachment. And it was good he started to release J6 videos. Now Stone says he needs to finish the job. We still seem to fall back to the same way as the old way of budgeting and that’s disappointing. Johnson seems to be holding Democrats up for border funding but he seems to be committed to billions for Ukraine. Stone says we saw the abuse and political use of FISA against Donald Trump on the day he was sworn in as President. Stone himself was swept up in government surveillance for alleged contact with Russians. There was one problem. He never had contact with Russians. Stone says if it happened to him, it can happen to anyone. In fact, there have been 278,000 cases of illegal surveillance of American citizens. This is a government seeking to derail its principal political opponent, Donald Trump. The Left has criminalized a Constitutionally protected political activity and tried to make it a crime. The fundamental question is, will judges allow him to enter as his defense, proof that he won the election? If he is, it will be the first time any court heard the merits of that argument.

ALINA HABBA — POLITICS PERMEATES OUR COURTS Dec 10, 2023

Trump legal spokeswoman & Attorney Alina Habba believes they’re solid Constitutionally in the President’s legal battles. Habba says the problem they have along all fronts is that politics has permeated our judicial system and there’s no cure for that right now. It’s their biggest hurdle at this point. These judges are Soros backed politicians effectively wearing lawyer costumes. And when we don’t have other judges calling them out, we have problems. Habba says there are people sitting in solitary confinement who have committed no crimes and they can’t get due process. It’s unconstitutional and it’s frightening but it’s motivating undecided voters who lean left that are now voting for Trump. The poll numbers speak volumes. The world is seeing it. You have a leading Presidential candidate, his spokeswoman and his entire legal team under a gag order and they’re not allowed to object or say things on the record or speak to the issues so you silence them all. This has become a new trend among DA’s, prosecutors and judges. Habba says President Trump has shown them resilience and to have faith in the country even when your faith is wavering. Habba says she hasn’t lost hope because Trump hasn’t lost hope.

RITTENHOUSE: “ACQUITTED”—STILL FIGHTING! Dec 09, 2023

Kyle’s life is far from normal since the violent night of August 25th, 2020 in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Looking back, Rittenhouse says 2020 was a difficult year for everyone. Then 17, he was forced to defend himself against rioters who tried to kill him. Today he receives messages from great patriots as well as those delivering death threats. Now 20 years old, he’s written a book to set the record straight. “Acquitted” details the false media stories written about him including the one claiming he grew up privileged. The Marxist Dem media could have googled the truth had they been motivated by public interest. Rittenhouse in fact grew up in govt. subsidized housing with an addicted father. Kyle says he was politically persecuted, forced to spend 87 days in jail for defending himself. He writes about that scary, dark time in his life as he’s still having nightmares. Acquitted of all criminal charges, Kyle’s legal fight still isn’t over. Kyle still faces three civil lawsuits in the Eastern District of Wisconsin. Kyle’s not sure Trump will get back in the White House between legal battles and a rigged political system. Rittenhouse believes a jury will be too scared of the Marxists to acquit Trump. It’s a very difficult political atmosphere.

CHANG: WORLD IN TURMOIL Dec 08, 2023

Geopolitical and National Security expert Gordon Chang says Joe Biden warned China that the U.S. was prepared to use force to defend the Philippines but Beijing ignored him and continue their provocative actions ramming Philippine vessels, firing water cannons on their ships. Ignoring American warnings means deterrence has broken down. We don’t know what Biden’s response will be. Clearly the Chinese think we’re not going to do anything. Chang says the world is in turmoil and the United States has to choose what we’re going to defend. The Gaza war is an existential threat to Israel and a fight we have to support and win. Unfortunately, Chang says we have a lot of pro-Iran elements in our State Department and in the National Security Council —which is why Biden pushed for an immediate ceasefire after the October 7th Massacre. Everyone wants peace but the only way there will be peace is for Israel to eliminate Hamas. There is a large block of the Democrat Party that is antisemitic. Chang says what this Administration is saying could only have been motivated by a pro-Iranian govt. which funds and trains Hamas. Iran could not support the three terrorist groups in the Middle East without support from China. China increased its purchase of Iranian oil by 60% in the first nine months of this year violating U.S. sanctions. And on our southern border Chinese men of military age crossing the border in groups of 5 to 15, some with links to the Chinese military. Chang wonders why they are coming. We know there are Syrians and Venezuelans crossing as well, some with very dangerous ties. As part of the 9/11 hostage deal Biden made with Iran to release $6 Billion, he also granted clemency to Iranian terrorists who were not sent back to Iran but were released into the United States.

WHAT IF CONGRESS KILLED FISA? Dec 07, 2023

Just the News’ John Solomon points out a clear pattern with Joe Biden. Biden said he had nothing to do with his son’s business…yes, he did. He said the family never got money from China…yes, they did. He said he never met any of Hunter’s business partners…yes, he did and regularly. He met with the Chinese and he met with Ukrainian officials —and the Oversight Committee has evidence of at least two dozen contacts in person or on the phone. Solomon says the real question is why did the DOJ, FBI and Treasury Departments see 170 suspicious activity banking reports, yet no one investigated Biden? There was a real protection racket in place, and it protected the Bidens from facing the application of the law. Conservatives and liberal ACLU are against renewal of the FISA Act. They realize the FBI has trampled the civil liberties of Americans for a very long time and that 702 has crushed Fourth Amendment rights. The FBI was spying on members of the House Judiciary Committee and the Senate Judiciary. Those who want to rubber stamp FISA have allowed the Deep State to grow; the intrusion by the federal government is at an all time high.

JORDAN DEMANDS 702 RESPECT CIVIL RIGHTS Dec 06, 2023

Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan says the FBI has abused so many things including the main FISA program. One of the reforms coming out of his Committee will allow representatives from Judiciary to be present in the courtroom to watch FISA proceedings. Jordan says this is the same FBI that spied on President Trump’s campaign and we’re supposed to reauthorize FISA without change? This is the same FBI that queried the database and didn’t follow their own rules 278,000 times. Jordan’s not against reauthorizing FISA Section 702. He’s against doing it in a way that doesn’t protect American’s civil liberties. That’s been the sole focus of Republicans on the Judiciary Committee and some Democrats as well. Jordan says when President Trump is re-elected, he should fire everyone he’s allowed to fire and a few he’s not allowed to fire just to make sure they sue him and we send the message that the bureaucracy is changing under President Trump. Jordan believes the House has a compelling Biden corruption case. He says there will be a vote next week and they will move to a formal impeachment inquiry with the entire House backing it up, not just a statement from the Speaker.
