TOM HOMAN: TIME TO SHUT IT DOWN? Jan 30, 2024

Tom Homan, former Trump Director of ICE, asks when we get 300 people on the terrorist watch list at our southern border, when we have 112,000 dead Americans from fentanyl, when there are 1,700 dead migrants on U.S. soil, when we have a 600% increase in child and female sex trafficking across the border, when is its time to shut it down? Homan says the Mexican Drug Cartels have operational control of our southern border. They decide what comes in, who comes in, and when it comes in. The criminal cartels have this operational control because the Biden Administration gave it to them. And he says no one celebrated the 2020 election more than the Mexican Drug Cartels based on Joe Biden’s campaign promises. They knew they were back in business. Biden has not held China accountable for the precursors they send to Mexico to make fentanyl. Homan says Trump will hold both China and Mexico accountable. This administration has done nothing to slow down the flow of fentanyl. Last month, Homan says every single uniformed officer in several sectors were pulled off the line to process border crossers. You don’t think the Cartels had a field day with that? If they don’t impeach Mayorkas, Homan says something’s very wrong.

SUPREME COURT FAILING AMERICA Jan 29, 2024

While the Appellate Court did uphold Judge Chutkan’s gag order against Trump, Julie Kelly says they stripped away major sections. The three judge panel ruled that Jack Smith was a public servant and a public figure and along with the DOJ and the Judge, are subjected to public criticism of their work. But this J6 trial is on hold until the issue of Presidential immunity is resolved. Kelly says the 5-4 Supreme Court decision against Texas speaks to the frustration of Conservatives, that we can’t depend on the Supreme Court. This goes back to their failure to address any of the election lawsuits filed in 2020 or 2021. Kelly says we really need the Supreme Court to reverse how the DOJ has been using 1512, obstruction of an official proceeding. They need to reverse those rulings and give the DOJ and federal judges a well-deserved and overdue smackdown for the weaponization of the evidence tampering law that turned peaceful protestors into convicted lifetime felons. Kelly says we need the Supreme Court to show courage on this J6 matter, on the Colorado ballot issue before them next month, and on Presidential immunity from criminal prosecution. This will be a landmark decision just like Obama appointed Judge Chutkan’s argument that a President’s acts in office can be subject to criminal prosecution, another first.

Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan said an FBI Whistleblower produced an email the federal government sent Bank of America suggesting BofA look at all debit and credit card purchases around J6, 2021 around the D.C. area to overlay that information with any gun purchases at the time. Jordan said the initial documents they received sounded a lot like the memo the FBI put out a year ago targeting pro-life, traditional Catholics as potential domestic violent extremists. Jordan said Hunter sold $1.5 million of his art. His attorney Kevin Morris bought $875,000 of it but only paid the gallery it’s commission, not the full price. Morris and another big Dem donor made most of the purchases

Article 3 Project’s Mike Davis said 4 1/2 women (Sotomayor, Kagan, Barrett, Jackson and the Chief Justice Roberts) ruled the Biden Administration can cut Texas razor wire and allow the invasion at our southern border. There was no explanation of their decision, no oral arguments and no briefings allowed. Just a disastrous ruling. Davis says Article 4, Section 4 specifically states the United States shall guarantee to every state in the union a Republican form of government, and shall protect each of the states against invasion. The Administration is derelict in its duty and Republicans need to step up and start impeaching.

Former Capitol Police Chief Steven Sound is 100% in favor of an investigation of the J6 Committee and feels all but a few minutes of the 44,000 hours of video should be released to the public, for security reasons. Speaker Johnson has said there will be a big push to get the truth out of what really happened on J6 and Sund hopes he will follow through because something just didn’t feel right to him about that day. Sund has testified twice about what he saw on J6 and the institutional failings that contributed to that day. Three years later and four Congressional Reports all saying it was an intelligence failure. Sund was not allowed to see intel reports and his requests on Jan. 3rd for more officers, unarmed National Guard and a bigger fence were ignored. Sund says if he had received intelligence like usual and the resources he requested, we wouldn’t be here today. Sund went to Congressional leadership on Jan. 3rd to ask for assistance to call in the National Guard and his requests were denied.

Roger Stone says Ron DeSantis gave in to the inevitable. He believes DeSantis was always standing by just in case something happened to Trump from his legal battles or health. By withdrawing from the race, Stone thinks his votes will be split down the middle with half the voters believing DeSantis was America First and the other half seeing through his flirtation with the establishment RINO wing of the party. With DeSantis out, we finally have a race between the America First peace candidate in Trump and the neo-con candidate of the Bush-Cheney wing of the party in Haley.

CRANE: WORLD ON FIRE Jan 26, 2024

Rep. Eli Crane says this is the time we need strong men and women with backbone who know what’s right and wrong, who are willing to put themselves in a tough spot to take the tough votes, take the tough positions to go against the powers that be for the betterment of this country, for the citizens who live here and who count on us too do that. Crane commends Texas Gov. Greg Abbott for the courage he’s showing to defy Biden and the Supreme Court. Article 4, Section 4 of the Constitution, known has the “Invasion Clause” says the federal government shall protect each state from invasion. Crane says after getting classified briefings from the FBI and CIA about some on the terrorist watchlist trying to cross our border, Crane believes it’s just a matter of time before we see another 9/11 style attack on American soil because of a complete dereliction of duty and betrayal by Biden and Sec. Mayorkas for their refusal to protect and defend the country. Crane says the world is on fire right now and we have the opposite of peace through strength because that only comes with strong leadership. Our adversaries aren’t seeing strength. All they see in this administration is chaos and incompetence and a broken chain of command. Crane doesn’t trust this administration and says we should do everything we can to stay out of another forever war.
