SCRIPTURE

"Then the LORD said: Go out and stand on the mountain before the LORD;* the LORD will pass by. There was a strong and violent wind rending the mountains and crushing rocks before the LORD—but the LORD was not in the wind; after the wind, an earthquake—but the LORD was not in the earthquake; after the earthquake, fire—but the LORD was not in the fire; after the fire, a light silent sound."

- Lyrics to "Will the Lord Remember Me" by Red Clay Strays
When on the cross of Calvary, the Lord was crucified
The mob stood 'round Him and mocked Him
Yeah, they mocked Him until He died
Two thieves were knelt beside Him to share the agony
But one of them cried out to Him, "Oh, Lord, remember me"
Will the Lord remember me when I am called to go?
When I have crossed death's chilly sea
Will He, His love there show?
Oh, yes (oh, yes), He heard my feeble cry (ooh)
From bondage set me free (set me free)
And when I reach those Pearly Gates, He will remember me
Oh, will the Lord remember me when I am called to go?
When I have crossed death's chilly sea
Will He, His love still show?
Oh, yes (oh, yes), He heard my feeble cry (ooh)
From bondage set me free (set me free)
And when I reach those Pearly Gates, He will remember me (ooh)
