Matthew 5: 13-16
You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot.
I NEED THEE by SELAH
When I think I'm going under
Part the waters, Lord
When I feel the waves around me
Calm the sea
When I cry for help, oh, hear me Lord
And hold out Your hand
Touch my life
Still the raging storm in me
I need Thee every hour, most gracious Lord
No tender voice like Thine can peace afford
I need Thee, oh I need Thee
Every hour I need Thee
O bless me now, my Savior
I come to Thee
I need Thee every hour, in joy or pain
Come quickly and abide, or life is vain
I need Thee, oh I need Thee
Every hour I need Thee
O bless me now, my Savior
I come to Thee, yeah
O bless me now, my Savior
I come to Thee
When I think I'm going under
HOLINESS by WE THE KINGDOM and CHRIS TOMLIN
The train of Your robe flows from Your throne
You wear the crown of majesty
I fall on my knees
What could I bring to lay before the King of kings?
High and exalted, You are set apart
There's no one like You, You alone are God
It's Your holiness
It's Your holiness
Leads me to reverence
I stand in awe and wonder
Father
Here in Your presence is
Holiness
You're perfect and good
Only You could make a way for one like me
Oh, sacred fire, my heart's desire
Oh, come and fan the flame in me
Come and fan the flame in me
It's Your holiness
It's Your holiness
Leads me to reverence
I stand in awe and wonder
Father
Here in Your presence is
Holiness
Lord, You are
High and exalted, You are set apart
Lord, You are
There's no one like You, You alone are God
Lord, You are
High and exalted, You are set apart
Lord, You are
There's no one like You, God
Lord, it's Your holiness
It's Your holiness
Leads me to reverence, I stand in
I stand in awe and wonder
Father
Here in Your presence is
Father
Here in Your presence is
Holiness
Father
Here in Your presence is
Holiness
Pure holiness

Matthew 5: 1-12
Now when Jesus saw the crowds, he went up on a mountainside
and sat down. His disciples came to him, and he began to teach them. He said: “Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted. Blessed are the meek, for they will inherit the earth. Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled. Blessed are the merciful, for they will be shown mercy. Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God. Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God. Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. “Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me. Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven, for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you.
SCRIPTURE
- 1 Corinthians 3:7-9
"Therefore, neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but only God, who causes the growth. The one who plants and the one who waters are equal, and each will receive wages in proportion to his labor. For we are God’s co-workers; you are God’s field, God’s building."
