Mike 'Doc' Emrick the voice of hockey in the NHL for NBC, joins Craig to discuss his new book, 'Off Mike' his career in hockey, and why he decided to call it a career.
Doc looks back on his Hockey Hall of Fame career, the people he worked with, the people who inspired him like Dale Carnegie and Ernie Harwell. Doc also discusses a couple of his notorious calls, the Patrick Kane Stanley Cup winner in 2010 and Sidney Crosby's gold medal winner in 2010.
Doc tells Craig what it was like to call his final Stanley Cup playoffs remotely from the safety of his home studio, and what he is looking forward to most in retirement.

Willie O'Ree, the first black hockey player in the NHL, joins Craig to promote his new book, Willie: The Game Changing story of the NHL's first black hockey player.
Willie shares many fascinating stories with Craig, including meeting Jackie Robinson twice, once as a kid, and later on when he was in professional hockey and trying out for the Milwaukee Braves baseball club. Plus Willie tells the story of how he came to be involved with the NHL's diversity program, he re-lives his first NHL game and goal for the Bruins vs the Habs, and how he didn't realize he broke the NHL's color barrier, until he read it in the newspaper the next ay. Corey Pronman, the NHL prospects writer for The Athletic joins Craig to preview the upcoming NHL draft. Corey and Craig discuss what prospects may go where, as the NHL gets set for their first virtual draft, October 6th and 7th. The guys speculate on the first selection overall being moved by the NY Rangers, and if Jack Eichel could be moved to get the pick on draft day. The guys wonder what Steve Yzerman might have up his sleeve, where Russian goalie Yaroslav Askarov will land and what GM is feeling the pressure to make a big move.

Renee Hess, the founder of the Black Girl Hockey Club joined Craig to discuss the non profit organization that focuses on making hockey more inclusive for Black women. Renee tells Craig about the Get Uncomfortable Campaign: a pledge to disrupt racism on and off the ice and make hockey more welcoming for all. Plus they discuss concerns about the cost of hockey equipment, hiring more people of color with NHL teams. Tony Granato, the coach of the Wisconsin Badgers, a 13 year veteran of the NHL with the NY Rangers, Los Angeles Kings and San Jose Sharks, and the former head coach of the Colorado Avalanche, joins Craig Custance to celebrate his induction into the US Hockey Hall of Fame.
