John found getting into the 'Meat Snack' industry was fairly simple but making real food to nourish people was a bit more challenging. It was a challenge he was willing to accept. When John realized government nutrition labels were a farce, he was determined to get people and food manufacturers involved in DNX's Declaration of Transparency to educate people of a product's true ingredients, without being deceived by jargon and workarounds.
