Show notes

Eli Barraza: (bright and measured voice) Hey Wanderers. This is Eli Barraza, creator of the Far Meridian here with an exciting update. We’re currently crowdfunding on Indiegogo for the final season of the show! We have some incredible perks such as stickers, linocut prints, and a Far Meridian themed zine. As we get closer to our goal, we’ll also be sharing excerpts from season three, themed playlists, and so much more on our social media, @thefarmeridian on Twitter, Instagram, and Tumblr. If you’re in a position to donate, we’d love the support as this fundraiser goes to paying the people who make this show happen from actors to sound designers, directors and more. Not in a position to donate? You can still help the campaign by spreading the world, whether via social media or simply telling your friends and family. The campaign runs through the end of August and you can find it at indiegogo.com/projects/the-far-meridian-season-three. That’s three spelled out, T-H-R-E-E. It’s through your support we’ve been able to travel with Peri and the lighthouse. So as we prepare to bring this story to a close, thank you. And as ever, may you always find your way.

May 2020 Update May 08, 2020

Show notes

Hi wanderers, it’s Eli, creator of The Far Meridian and voice of Peri. In the effort to keep our production team healthy and safe in the face of COVID-19, Season Three has been delayed. That said, we’ll be dropping the first of three minisodes on Monday, May 11th to bridge the gap to our final season. We’ll also be releasing some short prose set before the events of the show on our Patreon, accessible to both patrons and non-patrons alike.

We’ve paused the Patreon for now but if you’re in a spot to donate, please consider donating to funds helping those affected by COVID-19, especially essential workers and those who may have lost their job.

And finally, thank you for being a part of the Far Meridian community. Thank you for caring for each other and allowing yourselves grace. We may not know what our futures hold, but we’ll find our way, together.
