Angela Rose Fields: Healing the Microbiome, Sleep, & The Fine Line Between Spiritual Awakening and Psychosis (S1:E40) Dec 17, 2020

Show notes

Angela Rose Fields is a Holistic Health Coach who is Certified in Integrative Nutrition, Yoga, and Advanced Energy Healing.

Once called by her mentor and "Esoteric Biohacking Coach" the primary focus in her practice is healing the microbiome of the gut in order to uplevel sleep, brain function and overall well being, which she facilitates through a process of integrating mind, body and soul.

Angela's journey getting here was a combination of having been raised by parents who initiated her into the world of spirituality and shamanism during her childhood, mixed with her own process of waking up to the importance of learning how to stay present through this human experience as a highly sensitive person.

The longing to be normal led her to dive deeply into personal studies of neuroscience and somatic therapies. The acceptance that normalcy is overrated, and that all is relative has allowed her to embrace her unique gifts and show up to support clients in doing the same.

Today’s episode is a little bit unique. You see, the way these episodes normally come about is that I end up getting connected with someone who I might like to have on the show, and then i have an introductory call with them to get acquainted and see if we both would like to do the actual interview. Then we schedule it and proceed with all the normal preparatory stuff.

At some point pretty early on I learned that it was a good idea to record those initial meetings on zoom so that I could go back and listen to them again while preparing for the interviews. This allows me to be more present in those conversations because I don't have to take notes.

So I got on this initial call with Chris and at some point I realized that if we were to have an interview I would just want him to say all of the stuff that he just said, so by the end of our chat we both decided that, since I was recording, that the interview was already done...it just happened. So this not only a recording of our introductory chat, it's also a really fun interview and a 2 parter at that! However, one consequence of doing it this way is that, since neither of us were thinking this would be an episode, it's a little more gritty than the normal episode, with a more casual tone and a lot more explicatives. So hopefully it is not too spicy for you!

Solocast 6: Magic, Miracles and A Massive Conspiracy! Part 3 of A Special Time in Human History (S1:E35) Nov 12, 2020

Show notes

This episode wraps up the discussion on the7 factors that make this a very special time in human history, a time when the accelerated, intentional, wholistic evolution and consciousness expansion of a very few people can have a powerful, unstoppable, up-levelling effect on the collective of humanity and the subsequent healing of the planet. The remaining factors, 6 and 7, are entitled Magic and Miracles, and A Massive Conspiracy, respectively. The former discusses the refinement and proliferation of techniques for operating the Human Self that yield results that appear miraculous and magical as they fall outside what is possible in the failing materialist worldview. The latter discusses the conspiracy being orchestrated by the universal mind designed to see us through our current evolutionary challenge so that a new human race may emerge.

Chase Carey: The Magic of Mindfulness and Meditation Part 2 (S1:E34) Nov 05, 2020

Show notes

Christopher, AKA “Chase” Carey spent 20 years in Corporate America holding executive and leadership positions in the Health Insurance and Consulting industries. As early as 1998 Chase was trying to bring mindfulness and meditation to the workplace.

But the corporate world wasn’t ready yet, so Chase embarked on his own journey of discovery, studying extensively with The Monroe Institute in Virginia where he remains an active member of their Professional Division. He also trained with Harvey Grady of the Center for Human Potential, and Drunvalo Melchizadek and other remarkable teachers.

Through this, Chase developed a unique model for the understanding and elimination of fears that underlie stress, and the practice of something he calls Personal Self Integration where he utilizes a meditative technique to help people dialogue with their subconscious mind to make permanent, positive change in their lives.

Chase is also a blackbelt in taekwondo and has written three books, on mindfulness, meditation and the application of martial arts philosophy into various aspects of modern life.

His clients include the US Army, nursing organizations, national Insurance companies, engineering firms, and a major university business school. Chase joined me for our chat from his home outside of Atlanta Georgia.
