What REALLY happened at Bondi Beach? A newly released book reveals chilling details, untold acts of heroism and troubling questions about the warnings that preceded Australia's deadliest terrorist attack.
On December 14, 2025, 15 innocent people were murdered when terrorists opened fire on a Hanukkah celebration at Bondi Beach in Sydney, Australia.
Now, a new book, "Bondi Terror: The Tragedy, the Courage, the Aftermath," by Sharri Markson and Alex Ryvchin, brings together survivor testimony, eyewitness accounts and an examination of the events leading up to the massacre.
Erin Molan sits down with co-author Alex Ryvchin, Co-CEO of the Executive Council of Australian Jewry, to uncover the stories behind the headlines.
Alex reveals extraordinary details about the courage of those who confronted the gunmen, including Ahmed al-Ahmed, Geffen Bitton and Reuven Morrison, who lost his life fighting back.
He also recounts a chilling warning he made months before the attack: "Someone will get killed."
What were the warning signs? Could more have been done? What does this tragedy mean for the future of Jewish Australians?
And what happened to the hundreds of survivors whose injuries cannot be seen?
This special episode includes footage and news coverage from the Bondi Beach attack, Erin's previous interviews with survivors, and a deeply personal conversation about the tragedy, the courage and the aftermath.
