    The Epstein Chronicles

Jeffrey Epstein was a multi millionaire who had political and business ties to some of the most rich and powerful people in the world. From businessmen to politicians at the highest levels, Epstein broke bread with them all.

Yet for years the Legacy media and the rest of high society looked the other way and ignored his behavior as multiple women came forward with allegations of abuse.

Even after he was convicted and subsequently received a sweetheart deal those same so called elites welcomed him back with open arms.

Now after his death and the arrest of Maxwell, the real story is starting to come together and the curtain has begun to be drawn back and what it has revealed is truly disturbing.

From Princes to Ex Presidents, the cast of scoundrels in this play spans continents and political affiliations leaving us with a transcontinental criminal conspiracy possibly unlike any we have ever seen before.

In this podcast we will explore all of the levels of Jeffrey Epstein and his criminal enterprise.

From his most trusted assistants to obscure associates, we will leave no stone unturned as we swim through the muck searching for clarity and answers to some of the most pressing questions of the case.

From interviews with people directly involved in the case to daily updates, the Epstein Chronicles will have it all.

Just like our other project, The Jeffrey Epstein Show, you can expect no punches pulled and consistent content. We have covered the Epstein case daily(everyday since October 1st 2019) and will continue to do so until there are convictions. With a library of well over 1k shows, you can expect a ton of content coming your way including on scene reporting from the Maxwell trial and from places like Zorro Ranch.

Thank you for tuning in and I look forward to having you all along for the ride.

Utah Man Files Defamation Lawsuit Over Candace Owens’ Kirk Theories (10/2/26) Oct 02, 2026
    Show notes

A Utah man who attended Charlie Kirk’s September 2025 event at Utah Valley University has sued Candace Owens for defamation, alleging that she falsely connected him to Kirk’s assassination. Robert L. Hild Jr. said he was simply one of thousands of people in the crowd when Kirk was fatally shot, but claims Owens later identified him to her audience as someone who had contributed to the killing, had connections to hostile foreign actors and belonged to what she characterized as a “gothic” and “communist” underground. Hild’s lawsuit argues that Owens repeatedly amplified those accusations across her podcast and social media platforms despite having no factual basis to implicate him. He said the claims exposed him to harassment and death threats and damaged his reputation.
The case is the latest legal challenge stemming from Owens’ theories about Kirk’s assassination. Charlie Kirk’s former security chief, Brian Harpole, previously filed his own defamation suit accusing Owens of falsely portraying him as part of a conspiracy surrounding the killing. Meanwhile, Utah prosecutors have charged Tyler Robinson with Kirk’s murder and have presented evidence including surveillance footage, DNA evidence and alleged admissions that they say tie Robinson to the shooting. Hild’s lawsuit does not ask the court to resolve the broader debate over Kirk’s death; it focuses on whether Owens made false factual claims about a private individual and whether those statements caused him measurable harm. The litigation now puts some of Owens’ most specific allegations about people she has linked to the assassination under direct judicial scrutiny.

Doug Band’s Maxwell Emails Clash With His Congressional Testimony (10/2/26) Oct 02, 2026
    Show notes

Newly uncovered emails are raising fresh questions about Doug Band’s congressional testimony concerning the extent of his relationship with Ghislaine Maxwell. Band, a longtime aide to former President Bill Clinton and a member of the University of Florida’s presidential search advisory committee, testified before Congress on June 30 that he did not recall many interactions with Maxwell and described the two as social friends. But The Independent Florida Alligator reported that hundreds of emails from the early 2000s show a much closer and more frequent relationship. Messages tied to an account Band acknowledged using include affectionate exchanges, repeated efforts to arrange private meetings and references suggesting Band had been invited to Epstein’s island. Band denied ever visiting Little Saint James, and the documents do not establish that he did. The emails also appear to contradict part of Band’s testimony about whether he shared a Blackberry with Clinton, with a 2001 message from Band telling Maxwell that he and the former president shared the device.
The correspondence also included flirtatious and sexually suggestive language between Maxwell and the account associated with Band, despite his denial that their relationship was romantic. In one exchange, the sender described Maxwell as both a “pimp” and a “lover,” while other messages discussed spending private time together and used pet names. Legal experts interviewed by The Alligator cautioned that inconsistencies between emails and congressional testimony would not by themselves establish perjury or another crime; prosecutors would have to prove that Band knowingly made a materially false statement. The University of Florida has so far declined to take action or launch an investigation, despite calls from some students for an independent review. The Alligator also emphasized that it had found no evidence establishing criminal wrongdoing by Band or showing that he knew about Epstein and Maxwell’s abuse at the time.

Missing FBI 302 Raises New Questions About Epstein’s Wall Street Ties (10/2/26) Oct 02, 2026
    Show notes

Sen. Ron Wyden accused the Justice Department and FBI of withholding an FBI interview report involving an unidentified banker connected to Jeffrey Epstein in order to protect major Wall Street institutions. Wyden said investigators for the Senate Finance Committee recently learned that the FBI possesses a Form 302 memorializing an interview conducted with the banker as part of a criminal investigation into Epstein and his associates. That report was not included in the documents released under the Epstein Files Transparency Act, prompting Wyden to demand that Attorney General Todd Blanche and FBI Director Kash Patel turn over every FBI 302 connected to Epstein-related investigations. Wyden has not identified the banker, the bank involved or when the interview took place, saying he was withholding the name to protect his source.
Wyden argued that the missing interview could strengthen the case that major banks ignored warning signs surrounding Epstein’s financial activity and should face greater scrutiny for their role in facilitating his operations. His demand followed a Senate Finance Committee report that examined JPMorgan Chase, Deutsche Bank and Bank of America and alleged failures to properly identify and report suspicious Epstein-related transactions. According to Wyden’s letter, Epstein withdrew millions of dollars in cash without an apparent business purpose and participated in thousands of suspicious wire transfers worth at least $1.4 billion. Wyden said the existence of the undisclosed banker interview also raises the possibility that the FBI is holding additional Epstein-related interview reports that have never been released.

Mega Edition: Jeffrey Epstein And The Recurring Pattern Traced In his Abuse (10/2/26) Oct 02, 2026
    Show notes

Jeffrey Epstein’s abuse followed recurring patterns that appeared again and again across different victims, properties and periods of time. Survivors described being recruited through friends, acquaintances or other young women, often under the pretense of giving Epstein a massage for money. Those encounters would then escalate into sexual abuse, and some victims said they were encouraged or paid to bring additional girls into his orbit. The same basic structure repeated itself in Palm Beach, New York, the Virgin Islands and elsewhere, with Epstein using money, gifts, travel, employment opportunities and access to a wealthy lifestyle to create dependence and normalize increasingly abusive behavior.
Another recurring pattern was the way Epstein surrounded the abuse with routine and infrastructure. Appointments were scheduled, payments were made, transportation was arranged, and household or professional staff helped keep his homes and daily life functioning around a constant flow of young women and girls. Survivors also described similar grooming techniques, including testing boundaries, presenting sexualized behavior as normal and gradually increasing what was expected of them. The repetition is what made the broader picture so significant: these were not isolated incidents separated by time and place, but allegations describing a system that operated with remarkably consistent methods over many years.

Mega Edition: The Legacy Media And Their Epstein Blind Spot (10/2/26) Oct 02, 2026
    Show notes

When Jeffrey Epstein was arrested in July 2019, much of the national media treated the story as a sudden scandal rather than the continuation of a case that had already been documented for years. There were important exceptions, most notably investigative reporting that had exposed the failures of the original Florida prosecution, but the broader press corps had largely failed to maintain sustained scrutiny of Epstein, his non-prosecution agreement, his financial relationships and the network of powerful people surrounding him before the arrest. Once Epstein was back in federal custody, coverage exploded, but it was heavily concentrated on the spectacle of the arrest, his famous associates and eventually his death. Far less attention was devoted in real time to systematically mapping the infrastructure around him, preserving the testimony of survivors, following the money and demanding answers about the people and institutions that had helped keep him protected for so long.
That blind spot had consequences for accountability. Epstein died barely a month after his arrest, eliminating the possibility of a criminal trial that could have forced evidence into the open, generated sworn testimony and subjected his network to sustained judicial scrutiny. By the time much of the media began seriously digging into the larger machinery surrounding him, witnesses had aged or died, memories had faded, records had disappeared or become harder to obtain, and statutes of limitation complicated potential prosecutions. Survivors were left fighting through civil courts, document battles and piecemeal investigations to establish facts that could have received far more scrutiny years earlier. The failure to treat Epstein as an ongoing institutional story rather than a sensational crime story made the later search for truth and accountability slower, more fragmented and considerably harder.

Mega Edition: Prince Andrew And The High Powered Legal Team That Advised Him To Settle (10/1/26) Oct 02, 2026
    Show notes

Prince Andrew assembled a high-powered legal team to fight Virginia Giuffre’s civil lawsuit, and reports at the time said some of the lawyers involved were charging as much as roughly £2,000 an hour. The legal battle was extraordinarily expensive, with Queen Elizabeth II reportedly helping cover Andrew’s mounting legal bills from her private funds. His attorneys aggressively tried to get the case dismissed, challenged Giuffre’s claims on several grounds and prepared for what could have become a bruising trial in New York. But Judge Lewis Kaplan rejected Andrew’s effort to have the lawsuit thrown out, clearing the way for discovery, a deposition and ultimately a jury trial if no agreement was reached.
Despite all of that legal firepower, Andrew ultimately chose not to fight Giuffre’s allegations before a jury. In February 2022, he reached an out-of-court settlement with her, ending the case before he was required to sit for a scheduled deposition and testify under oath. The exact settlement amount was never officially disclosed, though reports placed the overall cost in the millions, and Andrew made no admission of liability. The decision was striking because his legal team had previously taken an aggressive posture and Andrew had repeatedly denied Giuffre’s allegations, yet when the case survived dismissal and the prospect of sworn testimony and a public trial became real, the litigation ended with a settlement instead.

Jeffrey Epstein And His Shining Starr Oct 02, 2026
    Show notes

Ken Starr, once known for his independent counsel’s investigation into President Bill Clinton, was later tied to Epstein in essentially the opposite role: legal defense. Starr joined Epstein’s defense team in 2007 just before Epstein’s widely criticized plea-deal in Florida. Starr was “in the room” when then-U.S. Attorney Alexander Acosta negotiated the agreement that allowed Epstein to plead to lesser state charges, serve a relatively light sentence, and avoid a deeper federal trafficking prosecution. Critics argue Starr helped mount what has been described as a “scorched-earth campaign” in which he and Epstein’s attorneys pressured the U.S. Justice Department to drop or reduce charges, undermining accountability for Epstein’s alleged trafficking of minors.

Jeffrey Epstein And His Useful Idiot Oct 02, 2026
    Show notes

According to reporting based on Tina Brown’s The Palace Papers, Jeffrey Epstein privately described Prince Andrew as “an idiot, but—to him—a useful one,” because Andrew’s royal status gave Epstein access and legitimacy that money alone could not easily buy. Brown wrote that Epstein traveled with Andrew to foreign markets where governments and business leaders were effectively obliged to receive a senior British royal, while Epstein accompanied him as an investment adviser. That arrangement allowed Epstein to use Andrew as a front man, gaining introductions to political leaders, wealthy businessmen and foreign officials while wrapping himself in the prestige of the British monarchy.
Biographer Andrew Lownie later made essentially the same argument, describing Andrew as a “useful idiot” who gave Epstein respectability, political access and business opportunities while being comparatively easy to manipulate. The relationship appears to have been transactional in both directions: Andrew gained entry into Epstein’s world of extreme wealth, private jets and powerful contacts, while Epstein gained something even more valuable, the credibility and doors opened by a member of the royal family. That is what made Andrew so useful to Epstein: not merely friendship, but the ability to convert royal proximity into access, influence and opportunity.

Jeffrey Epstein and The Ski Chalet In Vail Oct 01, 2026
    Show notes

In 1997, Jeffrey Epstein quietly became part-owner of a luxurious ski-in, ski-out Euro-style chalet in Vail, Colorado. The property—located at 375 Mill Creek Circle—was transferred to him via a trust he controlled, following an earlier purchase by an heiress of Johnson & Johnson, Elizabeth Ross “Libet” Johnson. This arrangement, formalized in 1998, granted Epstein significant control over the chalet, though the ownership wasn’t reflected in official estate disclosures after his death. The property stayed under this trust until it sold for $24 million in July 2020. The deal included provisions allowing Epstein—or his estate—to benefit financially, but the destination of those proceeds remains unclear.
The chalet stood out not only for its opulence but also for being one of Epstein’s most significant undisclosed assets. The property featured multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, a pool, elevator, and ski slope access—one of his few high-profile holdings left out of publicly detailed estate inventories. Its secrecy helped Epstein maintain a shadowy network of elite properties, raising lingering questions about the full scope of his financial footprint and whether investigators or victims ever recovered the funds from its sale.

Tyler Robinson Preliminary Hearing Transcripts (Day 3 Part 1) (10/1/26) Oct 01, 2026
    Show notes

Day three of Tyler Robinson’s preliminary hearing focused largely on what happened after Robinson turned himself in following the killing of Charlie Kirk. Utah State Bureau of Investigation agent Brian Davis testified that he was sent to St. George after authorities learned that a man was preparing to surrender in connection with the shooting. Davis said Robinson arrived at the Washington County Sheriff’s Office with his parents and family friend Mike Mitchell, was formally arrested in the early morning hours of September 12, and later had his phone, clothing, fingerprints and DNA collected pursuant to warrants and booking procedures. Davis also testified about searches of Robinson’s parents’ home and the residence Robinson shared with Lance Twiggs. The hearing additionally touched on a live .223 round found on the roof of a different campus building, though testimony indicated that location did not have a clear line of sight to where Kirk was shot.
A major portion of the shortened hearing was consumed by a fight over whether prosecutors could publicly play a recorded interview with Twiggs, Robinson’s roommate and romantic partner. Davis testified that Twiggs had been interviewed twice and had been granted limited use immunity for his statements. Prosecutors wanted to introduce the later recorded interview with relatively few restrictions, while Robinson’s attorneys argued that large portions should be redacted to protect his right to a fair trial and prevent potentially prejudicial material from being widely circulated before a jury was ever selected. The Kirk family’s attorney argued in favor of greater public access, while Judge Tony Graf said he had to balance transparency against Robinson’s constitutional rights. Graf ultimately directed prosecutors to return with an edited version of the video, leaving the dispute to carry over into the next day of the preliminary hearing.
