    The Epstein Chronicles

Jeffrey Epstein was a multi millionaire who had political and business ties to some of the most rich and powerful people in the world. From businessmen to politicians at the highest levels, Epstein broke bread with them all.

Yet for years the Legacy media and the rest of high society looked the other way and ignored his behavior as multiple women came forward with allegations of abuse.

Even after he was convicted and subsequently received a sweetheart deal those same so called elites welcomed him back with open arms.

Now after his death and the arrest of Maxwell, the real story is starting to come together and the curtain has begun to be drawn back and what it has revealed is truly disturbing.

From Princes to Ex Presidents, the cast of scoundrels in this play spans continents and political affiliations leaving us with a transcontinental criminal conspiracy possibly unlike any we have ever seen before.

In this podcast we will explore all of the levels of Jeffrey Epstein and his criminal enterprise.

From his most trusted assistants to obscure associates, we will leave no stone unturned as we swim through the muck searching for clarity and answers to some of the most pressing questions of the case.

From interviews with people directly involved in the case to daily updates, the Epstein Chronicles will have it all.

Just like our other project, The Jeffrey Epstein Show, you can expect no punches pulled and consistent content. We have covered the Epstein case daily(everyday since October 1st 2019) and will continue to do so until there are convictions. With a library of well over 1k shows, you can expect a ton of content coming your way including on scene reporting from the Maxwell trial and from places like Zorro Ranch.

Thank you for tuning in and I look forward to having you all along for the ride.

The Death Of Jeffrey Epstein Was The Final Straw For MCC As A Facility Oct 10, 2026
    Show notes

The lead-up to the closure of the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Manhattan was shaped by years of mounting crises that long predated Jeffrey Epstein’s death but were dramatically amplified afterward. MCC had become infamous for chronic staffing shortages, crumbling infrastructure, frequent lockdowns, and extended power outages that left inmates in freezing cells without light, heat, or reliable access to counsel. Judges, defense attorneys, and federal prosecutors repeatedly complained that conditions at MCC interfered with constitutional rights and basic human safety. After Epstein’s death exposed systemic failures—nonfunctioning cameras, falsified guard logs, and gross supervisory breakdowns—scrutiny intensified. Internal Bureau of Prisons audits, DOJ Inspector General reports, and sustained public pressure painted a picture of a facility that was not merely mismanaged but structurally incapable of safe operation, accelerating calls for its permanent shutdown.
The actual closure of MCC was announced by the Bureau of Prisons in 2021 and carried out in phases, with detainees gradually transferred to other federal facilities in Brooklyn and across the region. Officials cited the age of the building, extensive maintenance backlogs, and the prohibitive cost of necessary repairs as justification, effectively conceding that the jail was beyond saving. By mid-2021, MCC was fully closed, ending nearly five decades of operation in lower Manhattan. While the Bureau framed the move as an administrative and financial decision, the closure was widely understood as the final consequence of years of neglect and the reputational damage stemming from Epstein’s death. MCC did not close quietly because it was obsolete; it closed because its failures had become impossible to ignore, leaving behind a symbol of institutional collapse at the heart of the federal detention system.

Tyler Robinson Preliminary Hearing Transcript (Day 4 Part 3) (10/10/26) Oct 10, 2026
    Show notes

Day four of Tyler Robinson’s preliminary hearing, held July 9, centered on some of the prosecution’s most consequential evidence yet, including a recorded interview with Robinson’s former roommate and romantic partner, Lance Twiggs. In the interview, Twiggs described Robinson’s behavior after Charlie Kirk was killed and authenticated text exchanges in which Robinson allegedly admitted responsibility for the shooting, discussed the rifle and expressed concern that investigators would find his DNA on it. Twiggs also said Robinson later confirmed the confession in person and expressed regret about what he had done. Prosecutors additionally introduced Robinson’s handwritten note to Twiggs, which allegedly said that he had an opportunity to “take out Charlie Kirk” and took it, although Judge Tony Graf quickly ordered the image removed after it was inadvertently displayed publicly. Twiggs also identified Robinson in surveillance images with varying degrees of certainty, telling investigators that some of the later photographs definitely appeared to show him.
The state also spent a significant portion of the day strengthening the forensic connection between Robinson and the physical evidence. Investigators testified that Robinson’s DNA was found on numerous portions of the rifle recovered near Utah Valley University, including the stock, grips, trigger area, bolt and barrel, as well as on ammunition associated with the weapon. An ATF analysis also linked a rotary engraving tool recovered from Robinson’s residence to markings found on cartridge cases, supporting the prosecution’s allegation that ammunition had been engraved before the shooting. At the same time, the forensic evidence was not absolute across the board: investigators could not conclusively determine that the bullet-jacket fragment recovered during Kirk’s autopsy had been fired from the recovered rifle. By the end of the fourth day, however, prosecutors had combined Robinson’s alleged admissions, Twiggs’ account, the handwritten note, surveillance evidence and extensive DNA testimony into their clearest presentation yet of why they believe Robinson was the shooter.

Epstein Survivors Amend Their Lawsuit Filed Against The U.S. Government (Part 2) (10/10/26) Oct 10, 2026
    Show notes

The fourth amended complaint, filed in the Southern District of Florida by more than 30 Jeffrey Epstein survivors against the United States, accuses the FBI and DOJ of decades of negligence that allegedly allowed Epstein’s abuse and trafficking operation to continue. The plaintiffs argue that federal authorities repeatedly received credible warnings about Epstein but failed to follow mandatory investigative rules. The complaint highlights Maria Farmer’s 1996 report to the FBI alleging sexual abuse, trafficking and possession of child sexual abuse material, as well as a 2005 report involving Audra Christiansen, and says no meaningful action followed either tip. It also alleges that federal authorities failed to properly pursue information from the Palm Beach Police Department, suspicious banking activity and reports involving minors, threats against victims, passport irregularities and potential CSAM. The survivors contend that these were not merely discretionary law-enforcement choices but violations of mandatory FBI policies requiring preliminary inquiries and investigations into allegations involving child exploitation and trafficking.
At the heart of the lawsuit is the claim that the government’s failures were not abstract bureaucratic mistakes but a direct cause of additional women and girls being victimized. The plaintiffs allege that if the FBI and DOJ had acted on the information they possessed, Epstein would have been stopped years earlier and many of the assaults described in the complaint would never have occurred. They are pursuing negligence claims under the Federal Tort Claims Act, including theories based on the voluntary-undertaking and zone-of-risk doctrines, and seek monetary damages for physical injuries, psychological trauma, lost earnings, medical expenses and other harm. The complaint goes so far as to allege that repeated federal inaction allowed Epstein and others to continue a sex-trafficking conspiracy for nearly 25 years, making this lawsuit not simply an attack on Epstein’s conduct, but a direct attempt to hold the federal government financially and legally accountable for failing to intervene when it allegedly had repeated opportunities to do so

The Expedited Motion To Establish The Epstein Survivor Compensation Fund (10/10/26) Oct 10, 2026
    Show notes

The co-executors of Jeffrey Epstein’s estate, Darren Indyke and Richard Kahn, asked the Virgin Islands probate court to expedite approval of a voluntary compensation program for Epstein’s sexual-abuse survivors, arguing that continued delay would unnecessarily prolong the claims process and leave victims waiting for resolution. The proposed Epstein Victims’ Compensation Program was designed to create an independent, confidential alternative to prolonged litigation, using experienced claims administrators who had worked on large-scale compensation systems including the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund, clergy-abuse claims and the Deepwater Horizon disaster. Participation would be voluntary, survivors could present their claims directly to the program administrator, and they would retain their legal rights unless they accepted an award and signed a release. The estate argued that establishing the program quickly was in the interests of survivors, creditors and the estate itself because it would provide a more efficient mechanism for evaluating and resolving the growing number of sexual-abuse claims.
The effort became tangled in a broader dispute with the U.S. Virgin Islands government, which had placed criminal-activity liens on estate assets and initially objected to aspects of the proposed compensation structure. Indyke and Kahn pressed the court for an expedited ruling and an immediate hearing, arguing that the government should not be permitted to delay the February 2020 consideration of the program after waiting months to formally oppose it. The parties eventually reached an agreement in principle allowing funds to be released for the program, and on June 2, 2020, the probate court granted the estate’s expedited motion authorizing its creation. The Epstein Victims’ Compensation Program formally opened later that month, ultimately providing survivors with a separate claims process outside traditional civil litigation.

Mega Edition: The DOJ And The Controlled Demolition Known As The Epstein Scandal (10/10/26) Oct 10, 2026
    Show notes

For years, the FBI and Justice Department have faced criticism for repeatedly narrowing the scope of the Epstein investigation in ways that limited exposure for the people and institutions around him. The pattern began with the 2007–2008 non-prosecution agreement in Florida, which resolved Epstein’s federal exposure without a broader public accounting of potential co-conspirators, and continued after his 2019 arrest, when the case again centered overwhelmingly on Epstein himself and later Ghislaine Maxwell. Critics have pointed to the absence of a sprawling financial, racketeering or conspiracy prosecution, the limited public explanation of investigative decisions, the withholding and redaction of records, and the government’s insistence that there was no definitive “client list” or broader prosecutable roster despite years of evidence showing Epstein operated through a large network of employees, financiers, recruiters, lawyers and powerful associates. The result has been a recurring perception that federal authorities treated Epstein as an isolated criminal problem rather than as the center of a system whose full reach might implicate influential people and institutions.
That perception has only deepened as congressional investigators, civil litigants, journalists and survivors have forced additional records into public view. Internal FBI reports, banking evidence, sealed depositions, financial records and witness testimony have repeatedly shown that the Epstein story extended far beyond one man and one accomplice, yet federal authorities have often released material piecemeal, resisted disclosure, or defended redactions and withholding decisions in court. The criticism is not that every person in Epstein’s orbit committed a crime, but that the government has too often appeared more interested in containing institutional and reputational fallout than in publicly testing the full network against the evidence. By keeping the investigative frame narrow, controlling document releases and avoiding a broader accounting of who enabled, financed, facilitated or ignored Epstein’s conduct, the FBI and DOJ have left the impression that the priority was not to follow every thread to its end, but to keep the blast radius manageable.

Mega Edition: Jeffrey Epstein And Those Who Pleaded For Leniency On his Behalf (10/10/26) Oct 10, 2026
    Show notes

As Jeffrey Epstein faced prosecution in Florida, multiple people from his personal, professional and social circles submitted letters to prosecutors or the court urging leniency and portraying him as someone whose charitable work, intelligence, generosity and relationships should weigh against a harsh punishment. The letters were part of a broader effort by Epstein’s legal team to humanize him and frame the case around his positive attributes rather than the scale of the allegations against him. Supporters emphasized his philanthropy, financial assistance to friends and institutions, and personal loyalty, while asking authorities to consider alternatives to a severe sentence. The campaign fit into Epstein’s overall defense strategy during the period when his lawyers were negotiating the extraordinarily favorable resolution that ultimately allowed him to avoid federal prosecution and serve a comparatively limited jail sentence under unusually permissive conditions.
The letters became controversial because they illustrated the social capital Epstein was able to mobilize while victims were fighting to have their allegations taken seriously. Rather than coming from a single advocate, the appeals reflected a wider network of people willing to vouch for him at a moment when prosecutors were deciding how aggressively to proceed. In retrospect, the leniency campaign became another example of how wealth, status and elite relationships surrounded Epstein at every stage of the Florida case. The contrast was stark: survivors were describing a pattern of sexual abuse involving underage girls, while influential acquaintances were asking prosecutors to focus on Epstein’s character, contributions and personal relationships. That dynamic helped reinforce the perception that Epstein entered the justice system with advantages most defendants could never hope to summon.

Mega Edition: Bill Barr And His Epstein Related Narrative (10/10/26) Oct 10, 2026
    Show notes

Bill Barr said publicly that Jeffrey Epstein died by suicide, but he also described the failures at the Metropolitan Correctional Center as extraordinary and unacceptable. Immediately after Epstein’s death on August 10, 2019, Barr said he was “appalled” and that the death raised “serious questions that must be answered.” Two days later, he said he was angry about the jail’s failure to properly secure Epstein and pointed to “serious irregularities” inside the facility, while announcing investigations by both the FBI and the Justice Department’s inspector general. Barr’s position was that the institutional breakdown surrounding Epstein’s death was real and serious, but that those failures did not mean Epstein had been murdered.
Barr later said he personally reviewed the circumstances surrounding Epstein’s death and remained convinced it was suicide. He characterized what happened at the MCC as a convergence of catastrophic mistakes, including staffing failures, missed checks and other procedural breakdowns that allowed Epstein to be left in a position where he could kill himself. At the same time, Barr acknowledged how damaging the episode was because Epstein died before trial, denying survivors the chance to confront him in court and fueling suspicion about what had happened. Barr repeatedly said the failures had to be investigated and people held accountable, while maintaining that the evidence ultimately supported suicide rather than homicide.

Mega Edition: Jeffrey Epstein And The Transcript From His 1981 SEC Deposition (10/10/26) Oct 10, 2026
    Show notes

In April 1981, Jeffrey Epstein testified before the Securities and Exchange Commission as part of an inquiry involving trading in St. Joe Minerals securities. Epstein described himself as a limited partner and account executive at Bear Stearns who assisted the sales force with commodities and financial-futures recommendations. The questioning focused heavily on his recent departure from the firm, his handling of client accounts and an incident in which he had loaned money to a close friend who used it in connection with a brokerage account. Epstein acknowledged making the loan but insisted it had not been concealed and said he had not initially understood that such an arrangement presented a regulatory problem.
Epstein maintained that his resignation was unrelated to the St. Joe Minerals investigation and said he left because he was dissatisfied with how Bear Stearns handled the inquiry into the loan. He repeatedly denied discussing St. Joe Minerals with members of the firm’s executive committee and portrayed his departure as voluntary, submitting resignation letters dated March 12 and March 25. The testimony also revealed details about his rapid rise at Bear Stearns and his compensation: he said he had earned more than $200,000 the previous year, including a $135,000 bonus, and expected another sizable payment after leaving. Overall, the deposition showed Epstein defending his conduct, minimizing the seriousness of the loan arrangement and distancing his resignation from the securities matter under investigation.

Mega Edition: Leon Black And His Epstein Related Congressional Transcript (10/10/26) Oct 10, 2026
    Show notes

Leon Black used his appearance before the House Oversight Committee to defend his long-running relationship with Jeffrey Epstein and explain the extraordinary $158 million he paid him between 2013 and 2017. Black maintained that the money purchased legitimate tax, estate-planning and family-office services that allegedly saved him between $1 billion and $2 billion. He said Epstein deceived him about the deductibility of his fees, exaggerated his influence and repeatedly demanded more money, eventually causing Black to end their relationship in 2018. Black denied knowing about Epstein’s trafficking operation, abusing any woman, having sex with anyone underage, paying Epstein for access to women or being blackmailed by him. At the same time, he acknowledged spending considerable time around Epstein, meeting prominent figures through him and contributing a birthday poem describing Epstein’s interest in attractive women around the world. Although Black later insisted Epstein was not a “dear friend,” the birthday message itself called him exactly that and was signed “love and kisses.”
The questioning became confrontational when committee investigators turned to Black’s relationships with women and nondisclosure agreements. Black acknowledged a six-year extramarital affair and confirmed a settlement that included monthly payments, loan forgiveness and money connected to a British visa, while saying he regarded the woman’s demands as blackmail and had discussed the situation with Epstein. He and his attorneys then refused to disclose how many NDAs he had signed, their terms or who else in his social circle had such agreements, arguing that confidentiality provisions prevented him from answering during a voluntary interview. Committee officials rejected that position and served Black with subpoenas for relevant documents and a later deposition. His lawyers denounced the move as a political stunt and abruptly ended the interview before lawmakers could fully question him about the $158 million in payments or the broader allegations surrounding his association with Epstein.
