    The Epstein Chronicles

Jeffrey Epstein was a multi millionaire who had political and business ties to some of the most rich and powerful people in the world. From businessmen to politicians at the highest levels, Epstein broke bread with them all.

Yet for years the Legacy media and the rest of high society looked the other way and ignored his behavior as multiple women came forward with allegations of abuse.

Even after he was convicted and subsequently received a sweetheart deal those same so called elites welcomed him back with open arms.

Now after his death and the arrest of Maxwell, the real story is starting to come together and the curtain has begun to be drawn back and what it has revealed is truly disturbing.

From Princes to Ex Presidents, the cast of scoundrels in this play spans continents and political affiliations leaving us with a transcontinental criminal conspiracy possibly unlike any we have ever seen before.

In this podcast we will explore all of the levels of Jeffrey Epstein and his criminal enterprise.

From his most trusted assistants to obscure associates, we will leave no stone unturned as we swim through the muck searching for clarity and answers to some of the most pressing questions of the case.

From interviews with people directly involved in the case to daily updates, the Epstein Chronicles will have it all.

Just like our other project, The Jeffrey Epstein Show, you can expect no punches pulled and consistent content. We have covered the Epstein case daily(everyday since October 1st 2019) and will continue to do so until there are convictions. With a library of well over 1k shows, you can expect a ton of content coming your way including on scene reporting from the Maxwell trial and from places like Zorro Ranch.

Thank you for tuning in and I look forward to having you all along for the ride.

New Mexico And The Epstein Related Lawsuit Filed Against The DOJ (Part 2) (10/16/26) Oct 16, 2026
    Show notes

New Mexico Attorney General Raúl Torrez sued the U.S. Department of Justice on August 5, 2026, accusing the federal government of obstructing the state’s renewed criminal investigation into alleged abuse, trafficking and other crimes connected to Jeffrey Epstein’s Zorro Ranch. The lawsuit seeks access to unredacted federal investigative files that New Mexico says are necessary to identify victims, witnesses and possible co-conspirators tied to Epstein’s activities in the state. Torrez argues that DOJ’s refusal to turn over the material violates the Administrative Procedure Act and interferes with New Mexico’s sovereign authority to investigate crimes committed within its borders. The state has said the federal files contain substantial information about Zorro Ranch and that publicly released Epstein records already include thousands of references to New Mexico and the property.
The lawsuit also rests on New Mexico’s claim that federal prosecutors effectively told state investigators to stand down in 2019 while the Southern District of New York pursued its own Epstein investigation, with an understanding that relevant information would later be shared. According to former New Mexico Attorney General Hector Balderas, that information was never provided, and the state says repeated requests in 2026 produced little of investigative value, including a 31-page production made up largely of already-public or heavily redacted material. New Mexico is asking a federal court to declare DOJ’s refusal unlawful and order the department to provide access to the unredacted records, arguing that the continued withholding has directly hampered an active criminal investigation into what happened at Zorro Ranch and who, beyond Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, may have been involved.

Following the Paper Trail on Ghislaine Maxwell’s Naturalization (10/16/26) Oct 16, 2026
    Show notes

The piece argues that Ghislaine Maxwell’s U.S. citizenship could potentially be challenged because of answers she gave on her naturalization application before becoming a citizen in 2002. According to the story, Maxwell answered “no” when asked whether she had ever committed an offense for which she had not been arrested and whether she had been involved in procuring prostitution or related conduct. The article contends those answers were contradicted by evidence introduced at Maxwell’s 2021 federal trial, where prosecutors established that her involvement in recruiting and grooming underage girls for Jeffrey Epstein stretched back into the 1990s, years before she filed for naturalization. On that basis, the story argues that the government could potentially pursue denaturalization by claiming Maxwell obtained citizenship through material misrepresentations.
The story places that possibility against the broader controversy surrounding Maxwell’s current circumstances, including her transfer to the minimum-security federal prison camp in Bryan, Texas, her attempts to obtain clemency, and allegations that she has received unusually favorable treatment while incarcerated. It argues that denaturalization could ultimately expose Maxwell to removal from the United States after she serves her sentence, most plausibly to the United Kingdom, although such an action would require the Justice Department to actually initiate proceedings and prove the necessary elements in court. The piece is considerably more confident about the strength of a potential denaturalization case than the public record itself establishes, but its central point is that Maxwell’s pre-citizenship conduct and the answers on her N-400 application could provide the government with another legal avenue against her separate from her criminal conviction.

Police Worried Royal Permission Could Derail Searches of Andrew’s Homes (10/16/26) Oct 16, 2026
    Show notes

Newly released High Court documents showed that Thames Valley Police feared Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor could obstruct searches of his properties by arguing that officers needed permission from King Charles because the residences or property belonged to the Crown. Police searched Royal Lodge in Windsor and Andrew’s home on the Sandringham Estate in February while investigating allegations that he improperly shared sensitive government information with Jeffrey Epstein during his time as the UK’s special representative for trade and investment. Investigators specifically sought paperwork, diaries, business records and other documents connected to Andrew’s official work, telling the judge who issued the warrants that advance notice or attempts to obtain royal permission could jeopardize the investigation or lead to the loss of evidence. The filings said police regarded Andrew as a suspect in several serious offences, including allegations that he forwarded official reports concerning overseas trade missions to Epstein within minutes of receiving them.
The searches have since become the subject of a significant legal fight because Thames Valley Police conceded that the warrants used to raid Andrew’s properties were unlawful. Andrew, who was arrested on February 19 on suspicion of misconduct in public office and later released under investigation, denied wrongdoing and challenged both the searches and the police justification for conducting them without first seeking his cooperation. His lawyers argued that officers never contacted Andrew or his legal team to ask for voluntary access and disputed suggestions that he could not be trusted to cooperate. Police, meanwhile, have asked the court for permission to retain evidence seized during the unlawful searches, a request Andrew is opposing. That question is expected to be decided at a private hearing in 2027, leaving both the fate of the seized material and the broader criminal investigation unresolved.

The Epstein Wall Street Records Act Takes Aim at the Banks (10/16/26) Oct 16, 2026
    Show notes

A bipartisan group of lawmakers led by Sen. Elizabeth Warren and Rep. Robert Garcia, with Republican Rep. Thomas Massie also backing the measure, introduced the Epstein Wall Street Records Act, legislation aimed at forcing federal regulators to examine the financial institutions and executives that maintained ties to Jeffrey Epstein. The bill would require agencies including the Federal Reserve and Securities and Exchange Commission to investigate Epstein-connected firms and individuals for possible violations of banking, securities and illicit-finance laws. Regulators would also be required to publicly disclose records relating to Epstein and his associates, refer potential criminal violations to the Justice Department, and could impose fines or even bar executives found responsible from working in the U.S. financial industry.
The legislation arrived alongside renewed scrutiny of former Barclays CEO Jes Staley and the bank's handling of his relationship with Epstein. Warren accused Barclays of “dodging responsibility” after the bank responded to congressional questions by arguing that Staley had concealed the true nature of his relationship with Epstein and that significant information only emerged after his 2021 resignation. Staley had previously worked at JPMorgan, where he developed a close relationship with Epstein, and was ultimately banned from the British financial sector after regulators determined that he had misrepresented that relationship. Warren argued that the Barclays episode demonstrated why voluntary corporate accountability was insufficient and why regulators should be compelled to investigate the broader financial network surrounding Epstein and the executives who helped keep him connected to the banking system.

Mega Edition: The Supreme Court And Their Epstein Side Step (10/16/26) Oct 16, 2026
    Show notes
The Supreme Court has repeatedly declined to step into some of the biggest legal fights connected to Jeffrey Epstein, leaving lower-court rulings in place without issuing full opinions of its own. In February 2022, the Court refused to hear Courtney Wild’s challenge over the secret 2007 non-prosecution agreement, effectively leaving intact the Eleventh Circuit’s ruling that the Crime Victims’ Rights Act did not give Epstein’s victims enforceable rights before federal charges were formally filed. Wild had argued that prosecutors violated victims’ rights by negotiating the NPA behind their backs and misleading them about what was happening, and a district judge had previously found that the government had in fact misled the victims. But when the Supreme Court denied review, that avenue for overturning or obtaining relief from the NPA largely closed.
The Court did the same thing to Ghislaine Maxwell in October 2025. Maxwell asked the justices to review her argument that Epstein’s NPA protected her because it promised not to prosecute his potential co-conspirators. The Second Circuit had rejected that argument, holding that the South Florida agreement did not bind federal prosecutors in New York, and the Supreme Court denied Maxwell’s petition without explanation on October 6, 2025. That left her conviction and 20-year sentence intact and preserved the lower court’s interpretation of the NPA. Taken together, the Supreme Court’s Epstein-related actions have been notable less for sweeping rulings than for what the justices have refused to revisit: victims could not get the Court to reopen the fight over how the NPA was secretly negotiated, while Maxwell could not use that same NPA to escape her conviction.

Mega Edition: What Our Politicians Learned From Jeffrey Epstein (10/16/26) Oct 16, 2026
    Show notes

A guy like Jeffrey Epstein was able to move and hold enormous amounts of money offshore because the modern financial system gives wealthy people access to layers of secrecy that ordinary depositors never see. Offshore trusts, shell companies, private foundations, nominee directors, foreign banks and entities registered in secrecy-friendly jurisdictions can all be stacked together so that the person who actually controls the money is several steps removed from the account on paper. Add private bankers, tax lawyers, accountants and wealth managers who specialize in complex cross-border structures, and the trail becomes difficult to follow unless regulators or law enforcement are willing to subpoena records across multiple jurisdictions and patiently reconstruct beneficial ownership. None of those tools are automatically illegal, but they can become extremely effective at obscuring who owns what, where the money came from and how it is being moved.
Epstein’s case was especially troubling because his financial footprint was enormous, his relationships with major banks were well established, and yet the full architecture of his wealth remained opaque for years. That kind of opacity does not happen by accident; it is made possible by institutions willing to service complicated structures, regulators who fail to aggressively challenge them, and a legal system that often treats sophisticated wealth concealment as a technical compliance issue until a criminal case forces deeper scrutiny. When someone can distribute assets across islands, trusts, companies, real estate and private accounts, the practical burden falls on investigators to prove the connections one piece at a time. That is how hundreds of millions, or even more, can effectively disappear from public view: not because the money literally vanishes, but because it is buried behind enough legal and financial layers that almost nobody with authority bothers to peel them all back.

Mega Edition: Jane Doe # 2 And Her Interview With Marie Villafana (10/15/26) Oct 16, 2026
    Show notes

Jane Doe #2’s 2007 statement to Marie Villafaña and federal investigators described a pattern of recruitment, abuse, and normalization inside Jeffrey Epstein’s operation, beginning when she was a minor. She said she was introduced to Epstein under the guise of paid “massage” work and quickly realized the encounters involved sexual acts, including being directed to perform sexual contact on Epstein. According to her account, the environment was controlled and transactional, with Epstein dictating the terms and presenting the abuse as routine, while payments were made in cash after each encounter.
Jane Doe #2 also told investigators that she was not isolated, explaining that other young girls were present or discussed openly, reinforcing the impression that this was an organized and recurring operation rather than a one-off incident. She described how Epstein’s behavior was methodical and rehearsed, suggesting long-standing patterns rather than impulsive misconduct.

A Gift From Mecca and a Seat at the Table: Epstein’s Documented Saudi Connections (Part 2) Oct 16, 2026
    Show notes

Newly surfaced records show that Jeffrey Epstein maintained and actively pursued connections with Arab royal circles, particularly in Saudi Arabia, in the years after his 2008 conviction. The documents detail how Epstein received a high-status religious gift from Mecca and positioned himself as someone with access to elite international networks. Among the more revealing details is his attempt to ingratiate himself by offering to tutor a crown prince, reinforcing the image of Epstein as someone constantly trying to rebrand himself as an intellectual adviser and power broker despite his criminal past. These interactions suggest he was still being entertained, or at minimum not immediately rejected, by influential figures abroad.
The material also indicates that these contacts were part of a broader, deliberate strategy by Epstein to rebuild relevance through foreign relationships, especially in regions where his reputation may not have carried the same immediate consequences as in the United States. Rather than retreating after his conviction, Epstein appears to have leaned into international outreach, using gifts, introductions, and claims of expertise to embed himself within powerful circles. The reporting underscores how he continued to seek legitimacy and influence on a global stage, raising deeper questions about who engaged with him, what they understood about his past, and how he was able to operate so freely across international elite networks.
