Scott Summer caught my eye as he's shooting a lot of golf courses, and I wanted to find out how he's making his connections and shooting all his footage. When you listen to this episode, you'll hear that he has a lot of connections in the industry due to his prior work, however he also goes over how to develop new business within the golf industry!

Scott started off flying the DJI Phantom 3 4K, but has now made the move to the DJI Phantom 4 Pro and Inspire 2 models. Why the change? Scott goes into detail to talk about the differences between WiFi connected drones such as the P34K, and the benefits you get from Lightbridge connected drones like the P4P and I2.

Josh has a massive instagram following, and in this episode he discusses how he grew to over 27,000 followers, and the keys to success. I know that instagram is a very popular platform for many drone pilots, so this is some juicy info that you're not going to want to miss!

Federico Barra is an Italian surgeon working at the Milan Hospital, who is also a photo enthusiast in his spare time. Checking out his gallery, you can see that he's a master of both ground based photography and aerial drone photography.

Fede is flying the Mavic Pro, as is shooting a Sony mirrorless camera for his ground based shots. He loves the stability of the Mavic Pro in the wind, as well as the low light capabilities of the Sony mirrorless cameras when he's not flying his drone.

I came across Sandrine Hecq's work on Instagram a few months ago, and absolutely love her photographic drone style! Sandrine is based in Perth, Australia, however she's one of the lucky ones that gets to travel the world and bring her drone with her along the way!

Speaking of traveling wth your drone, Sandrine has some tips for how to fly with your drone and best way to check or take it as carryon luggage.

Mitchell Clarke is another awesome drone pilot that I came across on Instagram a while back, and have been dying to have on the show. If you check out his gallery, you'll see that he has a combo of some awesome photography skills combined with access to some world class locations!

As we chat about drone photography, we get into shooting AEB (auto exposure bracketing) mode, and Mitchell's workflow after the shoot. A quick preview is that he's a big fan of Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop, and impressively doesn't use any of his own presets! He works through a photo from start to finish until it looks right, and will only break down and use a preset if he's completely strapped for time. Check out this beach shot for an example of his edits.

Alexander Cervin is a drone pilot from Helsingborg, Sweden, who operates the Mavic Pro and Inspire 1 drones. Even though the Inspire 1 is an awesome machine, Alexander's go to drone is the Mavic Pro simply due to it's excellent portability. Even though he likes to fly the smaller drones, Sweden's drone rules are fairly relaxed and you can fly something up to 7kg without a permit!

In this episode we chat about creating drone maps, for use in real estate and construction progress, as well as his favourite Polarpro filters. Alex is also working on building his own drone! He has an engineering background, so I asked him if designing and building a drone would be something that anyone could accomplish. If you want the answer to that question, you're going to have to listen in!

Thomas Greer is currently flying the Mavic Pro as his main machine, after starting out with the Phantom 3 Pro. He's flying in Portland, capturing images of the bridges, river, downtown buildings, stadiums, etc... all while dodging beers being thrown at him by homeless people! Yes, I'm serious! Listen in to the episode to hear that ridiculous story of a drone pilot dodging a flying beer!
