Show notes

Welcome to our penultimate Dark Minisode of Season 19,

Today, we continue with the paranormal experiences shared with us by our wonderful listener Niki from Fridays Dark Paranormal. And she continues in a similar eerier and engrossing way as we follow her around some of the jobs she has taken up during her life…and the ‘extra employees’ she’s had the misfortune to meet.

Stay safe,

Kevin.

Dark Realms: Norfolk Island Apr 13, 2025

Show notes

Welcome back to this weeks Dark Realms: Norfolk Island

A huge thank you to our listener Shinnita for suggesting this amazing historical and deeply interesting location. Although only a small island, per square kilometre it is the most haunted place in the Pacific region. And when you hear its history, you'll understand why that is.

Stay safe,

Kevin.

Dark Minisode: Who Closes The Gateway? Apr 08, 2025

Show notes

Welcome to this week’s Dark Minisode: Who Closes The Gateway?

Our wonderful listener Erika provides us with one of our most unique episodes to date. I often talk about ‘Authenticators’, those snippets which jump out and scream truth. This experience however, doesn’t require me, nor my small team to look out for an authenticator…the CIA have already done so, and all but admitted this type of experience is authentic. A genuine question to ask is, as these tools are freely available, are ‘they’, as opposed to Ouija Boards etc, the thing we should be looking at as actual portals?

Kevin.

Dark Realms: The Crescent Hotel Apr 06, 2025

Show notes

Welcome back, to Dark Realms,

After hearing Dr Stevens intriguing account on the most recent "The Dark Paranormal" of his stay at The Crescent Hotel, it peaked my interest to look further in to this majestic building. We've heard the moniker "...Most Haunted Hotel" attributed to several residences, though this may not be "The Most Haunted", It is without question at least one of the darkest.

Ghosts Weren't Real...Until They Were Apr 03, 2025

Show notes

Welcome back, to The Dark Paranormal.

Today we have one of the most intriguing experiences sent in by one of the most intriguing listeners I’ve encountered. Believe me, I think you will agree when you hear what today’s submitter has to say. A sceptic turned believer is one thing, a sceptic with arguments held in the world of science turning believer is something different altogether. Both equally valid, but the complexities and inner turmoil facing both are very different, as you will hear.

Dark Minisode: Tinker, Tailor, Tulpa, Why? Apr 01, 2025

Show notes

Welcome to your early access to this week’s Dark Minisode: Tinker, Tailor, Tulpa. Why?

Today we hit one of the very few topics that make me feel uneasy, perhaps it’s my belief in the power of belief, or perhaps it’s a reason I’ll never know. However today, our submitter seems to unknowingly be entering the domain of “The Tulpa”, the spirit manifestation of your own repeated thoughts, or, as her friends rightly puts is, did she simply open a doorway? But if so, how?

Kevin.

Dark Realms: Chingle Hall Mar 31, 2025

Show notes

Welcome back to Dark Realms: Chingle Hall

Today's is a place I've personally known as being "haunted" for years, but the extent of the darkness that took place? I for one was not aware of. The abhorrent abuse suffered by one Lady Eleanor, although totally factual, may not be for young ears or those with a visual imagination. This is undoubtedly one of the most terrifying realms we’ve ever covered, and not all at fault of the spirit world. Don't forget. you can also find the video version here:

The Hilltop Haunting Mar 28, 2025

Show notes

Welcome back, to The Dark Paranormal.

For today’s mid-season episode, we have one of those episodes that has its own sense of “otherness” to it. Our listener Jess regales her time as a child in a large house atop a hill, a house which became a breeding ground for darkness. Was, as you’ll hear, the cause an individual? Or is the house and its history perhaps being overlooked? What’s not to be questioned, is the reality of the trauma that ensued.

Dark Minisode: A Witch In Need Mar 26, 2025

Show notes

Welcome to this week’s Dark Minisode: A Witch In Need

Today we hear from our wonderful listener Tara, who kindly shares with us an experience which was passed down to her from her Grandfather. As is the case with the truly intriguing shorter stories we receive, there are several branches leading from the main narrative whose fate is lost to history, leaving us to contemplate the “what if’s”. Ironically, there may be a very slim chance, as we’ll discuss, this is the entire reason for the experience being shared.
