    The Dance of Growth

What is growth and why does it matter? Early on, I learned the importance of growth and the role it plays in a life of fulfillment.

The show is called The Dance of Growth, because growth really is like a dance! Sometimes it’s fast, sometimes it’s slow, and sometimes the most impactful moments are found, in no movement at all.

Each week I’m bringing you into conversations where you will hear experiences of many different seasons of growth. For some it came from the struggle, some experienced a positive kind of growth, and many had unexpected growth, but all of it ended up being for the greater good.

My goal is that this podcast gives you an opportunity to reflect, acknowledge, celebrate, and embrace all the seasons of growth in your life

If we strengthen that core, then the rest ( the outside circumstances, the things we can't control, the twists and turns of life) don't matter because we have the strength to get through it all.
