Former NFL player, Sergio Brown, has been tracked in Mexico after his mom was found dead in a creek behind her home. Brown is still missing and not available for his mother’s funeral and is calling it fake news. A current NFL player, Xavien Howard, currently has four different women pregnant at the same time. There have been some great questions this week and we had some great callers. We are going to replay some of those questions and calls for What Had Happened Was Friday. On this episode of The DL Hughley Show Podcast we will be talking about the Head Football Coach of Michigan State Mel Tucker being told he would be fired as the head coach due to misconduct. It is said that Tucker is being accused of sexually harassing Brenda Tracy during a phone call in April 2022. Tucker claims that the call was consensual and outside of Title IX. During the GED Section, DL Hughley talked about the docu-series on HBOMax called Savior Complex. It follows the story of white US nurse, Renee Bach, who went to Uganda posing as a doctor. She had over 900 people in her care and over 105 of them died. DL thinks that it is ridiculous that the story is about the woman and not the people that were victimized by her actions. The Question of the Day comes from a woman that breastfeeds her husband. The woman claims that not only has it done wonders for their relationship, but it has helped her husband's physical health. DL called it ironic that Scott is calling out this racism but has been silent on the people in his own party that spew racist comments often. The national blood supply has dropped 25%. The American Red Cross is urging people to donate blood, especially blood type O. The Question of the Day comes from a woman who is thinking about leaving her husband because he wants his mom who has dementia to move in with them and his wife does not. In today’s episode of The DL Hughley Show Podcast, we will be discussing the Seattle Police officer who is under investigation for laughing at a female victim that was struck by another police car and died. Twenty-three year old Jaahnavi Kandula was hit by a police cruiser and while Officer Daniel Auderer was dispatched there, he said Kandula, “had limited value,” among other things. On the GED Report, DL talks about Kevin McCarthy opening an impeachment inquiry on the behest of Republicans like Marjorie Taylor Greene. He says that the Republican party is oblivious to proof. He says Alabama has a small runway. The Question of the Day comes from a man that has a baby out of wedlock when they were on a break. She did not know about the child, who is now eleven years old. He wants the child to now come live with them. The question is, should the wife allow the child to stay with them now? Jasmine had some real strong feelings about this topic. It is finally Friday, but The DL Hughley Show will replay Thursday’s episode. In this episode DL spoke about Enrique Tarrio, the former leader of The Proud Boys having the longest sentence of anyone who was involved in January 6th. Tarrio was not even there but was sentenced the hardest and it is ironic that the leader of a white nationalist group is of Latin descent. Tarrio now knows the blacker the skin, the longer the prison sentence. On The Jazzy Report, Jasmine talked about one of two black justices of the highest court in North Carolina who has filed a federal lawsuit against the state's judicial standards commission because of the lack of diversity and biases. The Question of the Day comes from a man married to his wife for three years, learned that his wife had plastic surgery and did not know about it. He now thinks that it would change what his daughter will look like in the future. So the question is, should you share to the person that you are marrying that you had physically altering surgery?
