Stay ConnectedSoccer is exciting, but soccer talk is so boring…UNTIL NOW.
Alexis Guerreros and Christian Polanco want to bring laughter to the beautiful game. Soccer is a growing sport in America and our goal (pun intended) is to show that American footy fans are unlike any other in the world. Through the lens of stand-up comedy, The Cooligans deliver hilarious takes on American soccer that are refreshing and fun and make fans of MLS and US Soccer enjoy the league much more than they ever thought they could.
Difficult to do a comedy show without talking about what is on everyone's mind. We start the show by discussing the tragic helicopter crash that killed Kobe Bryant, his daughter, and several others. We talk about what his mark on soccer was and how he was a huge supporter of the USWNT.
We also have some fantastic interviews we recorded at the United Soccer Coaches Convention in Baltimore. We are joined by Manchester City legend Shaun Wright-Phillips & American Soccer legend Peter Wilt.
Segment 1: Shaun Wright-Phillips interview (28:00)
Segment 2: Peter Wilt Interview (56:00)

Episode NotesAs is tradition, whenever TSS and Cooligans are in the same city, we have to record a crossover pod. This time it's in the Baltimore Convention Center for the United Soccer Coaches Convention.
We answer various Twitter questions (only one of which is pizza related), with occasional breaks to mock each other's style, musical preferences, or general existence.
This is part two. You'll find the first part in the Total Soccer Show podcast feed.
