How to Create a Life You’re Actually Excited to Live Aug 24, 2026

I am so fucking excited about my life right now.

And I don’t say that because everything is perfect.

I say it because I know what it feels like to experience loss, grief, trauma and moments where you genuinely don’t know how you’re going to find your way through.

Those experiences taught me something I wish I could somehow transfer directly to you:

Your life is precious, and it is happening right now.

Not when you have more money. Not when your business grows. Not when you find the relationship. Not when the kids get older. Not when you finally feel confident enough.

Right now.

In this episode, I want to talk about the areas of our lives where we’ve accepted stagnation, unhappiness or “this is just how it is”, and what happens when you decide you’re no longer willing to live that way.

In this episode:

• what feeling stagnant can reveal about what you actually want
• why your hardest seasons can become the beginning of an expansion
• how I’ve learned to turn fear into excitement when I’m doing scary things
• why creating a life you love ultimately becomes your responsibility

I Broke a Generational Pattern With My Son Jul 27, 2026

Last night, something happened with my son that I'll never forget.

What started as tears over something seemingly small turned into one of the most healing moments I've ever experienced as a mother.

Not just for him.

For me.

As someone who grew up with trauma, I realised in that moment I wasn't just parenting my son. I was re-parenting the little girl inside of me who never had someone help her process her emotions.

It reminded me that every therapy session, every difficult conversation, every tear, every breakthrough and every piece of healing work I've done over the years wasn't just changing my life.

It was changing the way my children experience theirs.
