Today the Sober Caucus met up for a post-convention business meeting and we crossed a pretty monumental threshold. We are able to offer a couple of scholarships to people seeking recovery due to all of the amazing love we have gotten via donations and the like. So to commemorate this milestone, I figured I would do a throwback to an episode from January 2021 where I interviewed Kim Ruff and the concept of a "Straightedge Caucus" was born. This idea has come so very far and we are just getting started!

The work that they do has helped many people find healing from past trauma, new perspectives on spirituality, and radical self acceptance. Often times people view psychedelic substances as solely a means to party, but these 2 are really challenging that narrative with living evidence that there are genuine medicinal purposes to be found when used with intention.
