    The Chaser Report

Are you sick of news you can trust? For over 200 years, The Chaser has been the world’s leading source of news you can’t trust.

The Chaser Report offers a satirical look at Australian and world news and culture, along with occasional confessions of parenting and business failures, the latter often involving an amusingly large number of unsold avocado pool toys.

The show is hosted each day by two of the satirical comedy group’s co-founders, Charles Firth and Dom Knight, along with occasional cameos from more talented, less available Chaser colleagues.

Also, Gabbi is suitably baffled by Luxe Listings, Charles declares bankruptcy, and partying Olympians vomit in inappropriate places.

Plus, we look at vaccine passports, poo-powered planes and the current self-isolation regime at Charles' house, while Zander reports on the athletes' muck up day at the Olympic Village.

    Show notes

In response to listener feedback, we nobly make the best of everything for once. Assoc Prof Dave Smith from the US Study Centre at the University of Sydney joins us. Plus, after Sky News' YouTube channel is suspended, Charles helpfully explains some ancient technology from his youth to Gabbi.
