The True Purpose of Conservatism May 22, 2021

Show notes

Charlie breaks down the true purpose of conservatism as that which preserves the good, eternal, useful, beautiful, and wise. By framing the debate around the modern breakdown of scientific inquiry in exchange for advancing narratives rather than reason, Charlie makes the case for why conservatism is fundamental to healthy societies, while progressing for the sake of progress, even when that "progress" flies in the face of reason and truth, will inevitably lead to destruction and societal regression.
