To start off the week, Charlie unpacks the shocking and breaking story of Michael Sussmann being acquitted by a jury of his D.C. peers. In this abhorrent but all too predictable ruling, Charlie breaks down exactly how this sends a message to the rest of the ruling elites that they can continue lying to the FBI, spying on a sitting president, infiltrating presidential campaigns, and get off scot-free if you belong to the right (left) political movement. Charlie dives into the disappointment he, as well as many other Americans, feel about this slap in the face despite an overwhelming amount of evidence that proves Sussman did in fact lie to the FBI regarding the debunked Alfa Bank story. He then goes into Joe Biden’s gaslighting Op-Ed published over the weekend the Wall Street Journal on his "plan" for fighting inflation, which includes a litany of blame shifting, red hearings, and platitudes with few actionable steps. Charlie refutes Joe Biden's Op-Ed claim-by-claim.

Nikole Hannah-Jones vs. Charlie Kirk: Two Diametrically Opposed Visions for America LIVE from Lancaster, PA May 31, 2022

Charlie speaks at Dayspring Christian Academy’s “Remember America” series at the Lancaster County Convention Center, only two days after Nikole Hannah-Jones spoke at St. James Episcopal Church in downtown Lancaster, presenting two diametrically opposed visions for America. Charlie explains why he is very happy to put his vision for America against Nikole Hannah Jones, author and creator of the 1619 lie. Charlie outlines why the Constitution is in fact the greatest political document created in all of history, and why, in contrasty to Hannah-Jones presentation, the Constitution was not a "make good" on the Declaration of Independence, but rather a fulfillment of the providential promises first articulated by the Founding Fathers as they broke with the British Empire. Charlie then explains the difference between a Constitutional Republic manifested by the Founding Fathers and a Democracy, which is often promoted and discussed by Hannah-Jones and others on the left. But why are we even having to defend the founding documents and other obviously exceptional institutions in America? Charlie confronts the deconstructionist doctrines that are currently poisoning the American body politic and then lays out the very basic actions required by each of us to defend, restore and preserve America.

As the fallout continues from the tragic elementary school massacre in Uvalde, TX, Charlie unpacks preliminary, after-action reporting which paints local police as largely inactive and ineffective in their response to the shooter. Channeling the outrage surely being felt by many in light of new video evidence, which shows police outside the school for forty minutes, restraining parents, and apparently refusing to act as the gunman murders 21 people inside a classroom, Charlie responds with his analysis and shares a handful of thoughts emailed over the course of the show by listeners. He's joined later in the episode by Tennessee Representative Mark Green who shares his thoughts surrounding the shooting and how Congress should respond in order to protect our kids—not just from shootings and evil attacks, but from open borders, fentanyl, and so much more.

Dan Patrick and Sen. Ted Cruz as they tried to inform the country on the latest news coming out of Uvalde, TX, predicting accurately the leftwing's coverage of the stunt. Charlie breaks down the debate as only he can do, contrasting the left's attack against the "gun lobby" while conveniently sidestepping the massive majority of Americans that support the 2nd Amendment. Charlie examines the history of school shootings and asks the provocative question: what has changed in America since the 80s and 90s when there were few to zero school shootings? Next up, Charlie welcomes Former Trump advisory, Steve Cortes to reflect on the tragic events that unfolded in Texas, and connects it to the macro events unfolding before our very eyes. Steve reflects on an op-ed he wrote for CNN in 2018 outlining how we can relatively easily arm and protect our schools the way we protect our casinos, our malls, and our high-rises.
