Portland on Fire, The Death of the Middle Class, and the Slow Creep of Socialism in America Jul 21, 2020

Show notes

Charlie dives deep into the burning of American cities like Portland and Seattle and what the destruction of America's urban centers entails. To support this, he goes through a comprehensive history of socialism, revealing its death toll and record of carnage across four different historic examples: Russia, China, Cuba, and Venezuela. Finally, he ties all these lessons into why the American middle class is shrinking and what lessons we can learn from other depleted societies so as to not follow the left blindly in their footsteps.

Ben Shapiro | The Great American Divorce Jul 21, 2020

Show notes

Podcaster, former EIC of the "Daily Wire," and "New York Times" best selling author, Ben Shapiro, joins The Charlie Kirk Show to discuss his newest book "How to Destroy America in Three Easy Steps." Ben and Charlie discuss how Ben first formulated the thesis of the book, which seems like he wrote it two weeks ago given how culturally prescient it is in the wake of the race riots and protests which have recently gripped the nation. Charlie also asks: Do middle class economics play a part in the increasingly possible American divorce? Will Ben vote for President Trump in November? And how does Ben think President Trump can win re-election despite the prevailing cultural headwinds. You do not want to miss this important and timely discussion between Ben and Charlie.

From professors who deny the Holocaust to ones that co-founded ANTIFA, to others that physically attack conservative students, Charlie brings them all into the light and asks the question: why are reasonable Americans still sending donations to these universities when these are the people they employ? Leftist Lies, Doublespeak, and the Opposite of Truth Jul 16, 2020

Show notes

Borrowing from the famous Orwellian phrase, Charlie examines how the modern radical left is using doublethink (or doublespeak) to twist, obscure, and disguise the truth--a tactic more destructive than lying when used against America, its founding, and the real choices underlying the 2020 presidential election. Charlie also unpacks why the underlying conflict of 2020 represents a Revolutionary War, not a civil one, and why the silent majority must speak up soon and loudly or risk becoming a silent and oppressed minority.
