Sustainable Interior Design with Sarah Walker | S27E12 Dec 19, 2020

One way to think of Covid in a positive mindset is that it certainly has made people more aware of their physical and mental health. On this week’s episode of The Chaise Lounge, Sarah Walker of The Curated House joins Nick May where they talk about sustainable interior design. Furniture and other décor items are not manufactured with health in mind. They are made with toxins that give us higher chances of being diagnosed with a serious disease. That is where Sarah comes in to save the day! Learn more about The Curated House by visiting their website www.thecuratedhouse.com. Be sure to see what Sarah is up to on her Instagram @thecuratedhouse. Take a look at her course on sustainable design www.dwellingwelldesignacademy.com. You need to address your built environment as a radical act of self care as a way of investing in your health and well being. That’s really what it is. It’s either going to positively contribute to living in your optimal state of well being or it’s going to hijack your health with those hidden toxins.
